Capricorn Full Moon July 1 2015

This full moon will be exact on July 1 2015 at 7:19 pm PDT @ 9-10 degrees Capricorn. Circumstances in our life reach peak tension for the current 28 day lunar cycle and something wants to change. Capricorn is about your reputation out in the world along with your vocation and real world responsibilities including what you want to achieve in life through long term planning. Six months ago we had a Cap new moon and now those intentions (consciously set or otherwise) have reached a culmination point. Full moon's indicate something in our life is out of balance and with the sun in the opposite sign of Cancer, it's easy to see what that is. Look in your chart and find what houses rule Capricorn and Cancer for you, this is where the balance is needed. Cancer is the sign of summer up here in the northern hemisphere which means Water, relaxation, food, feelings, home and family matters are getting a solar boost. Cancer is a sensitive inward sign but Capricorn is about being out there in the world and dealing with serious business type matters therefore this full moon is about bringing balance back to your home & family vs public life and work along with what you want to accomplish in the long term. This full moon is giving us an emotional need to take care of business responsibilities which creates tension because so much energy is focused on home and family, being inward and enjoying the summer sun.

Cancer is a very intuitive sign and Capricorn is a very practical sign so the trick is to tap into your feelings and mix that with good ol fashion grounded logic in order for you to know what you need to change in your life at this point. This is not an ordinary Cap full moon though because the sun is trine dreamy Neptune in Pisces and Venus just made a conjunction with Jupiter in Leo that's creating some very sweet expansive heartfelt joyful energy where we might have been "playing" perhaps and now it's back to business. This means we have even greater intuition with this full moon than normal with a lot of spiritual dreamy creative, imaginative energy to understand deeper feelings so we can apply that to our real world practical concerns. Listen to your heart and dreams as there is so many more possibilities to how we can achieve what we want that we might have over-looked in the past. If you get creative and use your imagination then you might be surprised at what alternatives you come up with to help you reach your long term goals. That won't happen if you only rely on what seems practical and real. Anything is possible with this energy so use it to your advantage and think out side of the box. This full moon is bringing full illumination to these matters in your life this next couple weeks if not already. The sun trine Neptune is also a very spiritual aspect so you could use your spirituality to understand what needs to change in your life as well, especially when it comes to your public image and work matters. Whether that's thru praying, looking at the signs around you or practicing divination this spiritual connection can be very beneficial for us right now if you trust the higher forces guiding you.

Look to the western sky after sunset and you'll see Venus with Jupiter symbolic of desires for something much more. Life wants to expand now maybe even resources and love as well but how will we get more of all that good stuff? If you focus on business and your long term objectives you will soon understand how to get all that which you desire right now but only if you follow your heart and inner knowing. It's possible you'll have new opportunities at this point so stay on the look out for those and take a risk if need be! Love wants to have some fun as well, so treat your partner to something fun, exciting and adventurous but don't forget about your real world responsibilities and don't expect everything to be perfect or get any better than this for the time being or you might set yourself up for disillusionment later. Remember Venus with Jupiter in Leo only happens a about a week out of every 12 years so if things are extra sweet for you right now, that's why. It won't last forever, she's just in this mix to help show us what's possible. Also Venus will go retrograde in Leo and reevaluate all these new heartfelt desires and the need for more joy and fun especially within relationships and what your heart is calling for. Venus will be in Leo all summer before joining back up with Jupiter in the sign of Virgo at which time practicality and better organization will help us get all that was discovered this summer. Then resources, desires and love expands once again. Cancer season arrives - the summer Solstice 2015

Happy Solstice! The sun has moved into the sign of Cancer and the moon has moved into the sign of Virgo bringing us a big energy change today. The sun in Cancer shines the focus on our feelings, matters of home and family and what we need to feel safe and secure while the moon in Virgo reflects an emotional need for getting things in order and dealing with the details of our life. We are now in the season of the Crab which is all about the Water element and building a protective shell over our emotions which will help us balance out all the mental, intellectual energy of thinking the past few weeks with more inner knowing, intuition and following what we feel to be right. You might notice sensitivity and protectiveness building from today on and especially when Mars moves into Cancer on June 24th for six weeks which means we will have an increase desire to take action on home matters as well with what emotionally fulfills us. Check to see what area of life (house) Cancer rules for you and this will tell you where all the energy is at now and where you should focus a lot of your attention. 

The Cancer energy can be very private and inward not expressing as much in order to protect self and emotions as not all emotions will feel safe to express. The Crab likes to hold on tight to what it already knows and has. Placing self in the most safest of circumstances will be a pull. However the Crab never does anything direct and so to get where we are going some side-stepping might be in order- meaning reading between the lines and keeping our intentions in the shadows is likely so we feel safe with what we are doing and not putting self out there too much for others to criticize. The need to be nurtured with what emotionally fulfills us increases as well as giving nurturing to others that we trust will also increase. After all the New moon Gemini energy the move into Cancer indicates we need to mix the thinking process with the feelings process and follow our intuition more when it comes to our long term goals, not just relying on the mind anymore.

Pay attention to what you value and desire today and also what is happening in important relationships as Venus will retrograde back to this energy in the weeks to come which could hint at important matters of love, money, values and relationship activity around now but won't be finalized until after Venus is done with her entire retrograde phase having an extended stay in the sign of Leo for the next 4 months! Gemini New Moon June 16 2015 - Adapting to new thoughts & ideas - igniting passion for change

welcome to another new moon. This one is exact on June 16 2015 at 7:05 AM Pacific time. The moon and sun align at 25 degrees Gemini also in alignment with the planet Mars giving us an extra energy boost for seeding passionate new beginnings within areas of our life that deal with the here and now; everyday activities, siblings, neighbors, communication, short trips and all things that have to do with your thoughts and ideas along with a new action plan. It's best to set new intentions after the new moon is exact Tues morning. The area of your life that rules Gemini including any personal planets you have in that sign are up for some changes over the next 6 months.

What is the energy of Gemini you ask ? Well, It's intellectual, all about thoughts and ideas, thriving off mental stimulation, quick wit, short trips and the willingness to experience a variety of situations for the fun, play and spontaneity of it, avoiding anything too heavy as this is an Air sign that likes to keep things light and gain/disseminate information. The planet Mercury rules this new moon which is just now coming out of its three week retrograde phase where we all had to reevaluate some important matters from the last month or so waiting for more information before we could fully move forward, and now the time to move forward has come. Mercury still has to pass thru its shadow where we will be communicating thought & ideas that have been talked/thought about before but now we have new hidden information that has surfaced over the next week which will make everything clear allowing us to finally move our ideas and plans forward in a realistic manner. Some of the shadow traits of this energy are the duality factor this sign expresses along with being argumentative at times (especially with Mars in Gemini too). Gemini can be so fickle and change so quickly that the energy can easily become scattered and lack focus and determination, making it difficult to accomplish anything long term.  Gemini is light and jumps around from one thing to the next surprising people when they change their mind and ideas. Being fickle is most certainly an issue for people that have Gemini energy and something that they need to become conscious of so they can work with it better and not blame others for their changing ways.  We all have Gemini in our chart somewhere and that is the area of your life where you are generally fickle (check your Gemini house) always being adaptable and flexible needing too much change and spontaneity for your own good. If you have your sun in Gemini then you can be just generally fickle, changing what you think your heart wants the most to find happiness. Mars here will be making people more assertive in their communication so watch out for aggressiveness and arguing with others just for the sake of arguing. In other news Saturn has slipped back into Scorpio for the next few months giving us all some final tough lessons about merging with others on deeper levels, dealing with fears and vulnerabilities, balancing out the power/control dynamics in relationships along with more tough lessons in matters of sexuality,  trust, change and loss. However Venus is Leo is symbolic of the Feminine which wants to party and have good time as she moves closer and closer to Jupiter which is in trine aspect to Uranus over the next couple weeks This wil lead us to sudden changes in values, relationships and money matters causing something possibly very exciting and thrilling to happen as we feel the heart expand with unusual adventurous rebellious desires. This will manifest differently for everyone depending on your own chart and energies along with your own wiliness to take a risk socially, or in money and or love. So there is something really fun and exciting on the way despite the crackdown from Saturn in matters of intimacy.  Mars moves into Cancer on June 24 for six weeks where the need for action becomes focused on emotional safety and security along with protectiveness with home and family, creating a lot of sensitivity and less outward drive which actually begins on the June 21 solstice when the sun moves into Cancer before Mars does. Perhaps we all become a little more sensitive and protective with all the Cancer energy as the bigger picture of Jupiter trine Uranus has our life expanding quickly and maybe unexpectedly giving us more faith in our individuality yet at same time triggering the fears and sensitivities that hold us back when faced with that actual life expansion. What it means to have transit Pluto conjunct your Capricorn moon

 (Edit - 11/21/15 - This post was written while feeling the intensity but i should make it clear that not everyone with a Cap moon under this transit will experience it in the same way i am. It all depends on your birth moon condition and it's ruler's condition - Saturn.  If these two have challenging aspects you will have a more challenging time under this transit but if your moon has supportive aspects in birth chart then won't be as bad. My moon is connected to a T-square so this situation has been much worse on me then it might be for you. Still tho, it's not easy )

As i sit here feeling and reflecting on my Pluto transit conjunct my natal moon which is a 248 year cycle (so is extremely rare for a person to have to deal with in a single lifetime) I'm reminded that this is some serious shit, both on an inner and outer level.  I'm going to share what you can expect if you are lucky enough to experience this transit too. Pluto is symbolic of a death and rebirth energy. It's the destroyer and reflects destruction with deeply powerful situations moving through your life that will rock you to the core. The moon is one of the most important points in your chart so when this powerful energy of death and destruction combines with this sensitive critical inner energy of self (the moon) you can literally expect a death to your inner nature and everything surrounding your home, family and domestic life; basically a death to all that which you hold fundamental to your emotional well being.

Since Pluto will be in Capricorn for many many years only those with a Capricorn moon will face the conjunction from Pluto anytime soon. Capricorn moon is already one of the most challenging moon signs there is because Capricorn is all about integrity and responsibility which makes a person have higher than average moral standards that they must live up to and will put a lot of pressure on self to always be and do the "right" thing. Capricorn is opposite of Cancer, the sensitive nurturing energy of feelings, therefore Capricorn moon people have a challenging time expressing their feelings for the most part and are also usually somewhat stable emotionally because of the grounded earth element of their inner nature which means they repress a lot of feelings. Cap moon people have a wise old soul with a lot of wisdom and emotional maturity. They "feel" old on the inside and sometimes can seem insensitive to other people's mundane frivolous problems because Capricorn knows what real problems feel like and that petty stupid shit others worry about just seems insignificant to a person that has faced so many hard knocks in life. Let's not forget Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, one of the toughest energies in your chart so Capricorn moon has to live with that toughness every single day of their life on an emotional level. Cap moon means the person was raised in a very authoritative manner where they didn't receive the kind of sensitive nurturing that most young children need. Perhaps the mother or main care provider was under heavy pressure of their own to take care of everyday business where the responsibilities were overwhelming and not allowing them the time to focus on the sensitivities and nurturing of the child as much. Capricorn is also about the structure and foundation of life so when the moon is placed here we are talking about the entire structure and foundation of the person's entire inner world and instinctive nature being deeply rooted.

Then transit Pluto comes along and completely destroys that foundation to the core up-rooting everything that they've known and held close. Pluto is such a slow transit that this process does not come fast at all, but rather, very very slowly over a few year period. Pluto will pass over each degree of Capricorn a total of three times (including retrograde), with each pass bringing a peak in transformative situations and circumstances. Come that third pass, you'll finally get it, that there is no way out of this unless you just completely surrender to what is happening and leaving your life, facing all the old deep karmic shit within. Speaking of leaving. When Pluto makes conjunction to your moon, everything that you held close and dear on an emotional level goes away. This is a rare time of extreme significant loss to what you need to feel safe and secure in the world. How can one cope with something like that? The only reason i share this with you now, is because there is no one left in my real life to share it with. Personally, I'm on my 3rd and final pass from Pluto so am finally understanding what this transit really means. The loss of everything i find important. The worst traits of the people around you come out and if they don't leave your life completely you will end up feeling like leaving them because you can no longer rely on anyone but yourself for any reason, especially emotional support and you might even have the feeling that superficial connections are not worthy of your high moral standards anymore. Pluto is going to make sure you're all alone on this one and it's a dirty fucking pill to swallow. The more you hang on to what wants to leave your life, the more suffering you will feel.

Some say that a Pluto transit to your moon means the universe wants to toughen you up, even make you ruthless like the rest of the world. Although Cap is already known for being tough plus i've had a hard time accepting that concept because i like to treat people with a lot of love, compassion and respect even when i don't get it in return but that's just because of my Neptune/Venus aspect which is not common traits for Capricorn.  I don't want to become that ruthless, jaded or spiritually/emotionally immature person that the world already has so much of and yet after all this loss and seeing the dirty side of others and inn self i'm feeling a little jaded at the moment and wondering if in fact, it could be true. Will i lose my kind heart in this process, the very thing i love about myself the most? Why would the universe want that? The universe is really testing me on this one; to stop feeling so much responsibility to others and start to treat myself as good as i treat others. (moon 1st/2nd house) If others in my life fail to treat me with the respect i show them and the respect i deserve, then they might just have to go no matter who they are, or how much they mean to me. If you are under this transit, the same might be true for you too.

When Pluto conjuncts your Capricorn moon you will be surrounded by powerful forces outside of your control and in fact the people in and around your home and domestic life will be Pluto type personalities (not all, but a few)which are very controlling and manipulative and will assert their will upon you. Capricorn is related to the traditional structures of society and so you might have to deal with very old fashion authoritative beliefs coming at you and powerful, controlling situations from others in high places trying to make you feel wrong for feeling the way you do. These powerful people will try to control and manipulate how you think and feel while judging you but is a reflection of their own darkside, and maybe yours too. These control freaks are a part of the Pluto process to help you understand where you give yourself the short end of the stick and bring awareness to what it is you need emotionally from others which they will fail to give you. It will be ruthless and the more you try to get others to understand how you feel the worst it will be. Based on my experience, the best thing you can do is cut off unhealthy emotional needs of any kind including the emotional need for support from others. Everything that you have relied upon thus far is no longer available to you. Most Cap moon people work way too much as this is what brings emotional contentment; keeping up with commitments and responsibilities but if you are one of those people you could end up losing work altogether as whatever you are emotionally attached to will be treating you like shit before it finally leaves your life for good. The only control you have under a Pluto transit to your moon (feelings, home, family and domestic life) is your own reaction to what is coming at you, or leaving and how you react to how you feel. You have the inner power not to be affected by outside circumstances when it come down to it, but good luck with that one as it's not easy to be that emotionally mature and objective which you might lack under this transit despite your mature wise Cap soul. Sometimes this transit can correlate to loss by literal death of those close to you but either way losing them on any level will feel like death regardless and will be very emotionally painful. Any kind of unhealthy emotional behavior or emotional instinctive reactions you've held onto all your life will start to be negatively reflected back at you by those control freaks in your life. This Pluto transit is asking for you to get hold of all that and restructure your deepest emotional foundation.

Cap moon people under Pluto conjunction will have a very big change to their home and family life. You could live in a entirely different place or way after this and you might even have to face being homeless if you've relied upon a roof over your head to bring you emotional safety and security, which most people do in fact need in order to feel safe. Like i've said whatever emotional attachments you've held onto all your life will be severely tested under this transit if not totally taken from you altogether. Sounds like fun huh. Remember, Capricorn is like Saturn which means asshole Pluto and his goons in your life will be digging up all your emotional fears and insecurities along with any feelings of inadequacy so you can finally understand those things and heal.  Although based on my experience with this, healing them might be way down the road as the energy is so strong while in transit that the pains are at their strongest and will take time to pass, if they ever do depending on how buried these feelings have been for you. Those controlling people in your life representing your Pluto transit will just reinforce all your deepest wounds. Like i said, this transit is rare and most people won't even have to face it in life so the fact that you and i are facing this now means we are ready to move forward out of this emotionally debilitating state but will end up being the hardest and most significant experience of our life which i'm sad to say, not everyone will make it through. Some attachments go so deep that pulling the roots will lead to physical death one way or another(rarely) but if you are under this transit you have no choice but to try and conquer these demons within even if it leads to loss and or death. This transit is karmic and all your little human free-will decisions are being taken away from you at this time. Hey, sorry to say but i'm not like some other astrologers that like to sugarcoat shit, too afraid to be completely honest with you. This is the way it is and anyone who says different is ignorant and obviously never had a Pluto transit to their moon. Capricorn doesn't escape reality, it deals with it. So face your fucking fears already.

When Pluto transit's conjunct your moon you will face the most intense time of your life with all the dark garbage coming up from you and others around you in order for you to change and remove these negative attachments to your soul which can include significant women in your life as well as those deepest fears you've repressed because all that you're paranoid about usually has a way of coming true under this energy so you can face it and release it. Time to face those fears, it's karmic and meant to be. Only the strong will survive this and if you happen to die before it's resolved you will just bring that attachment into your next life so acceptance and dealing with is the only way. Speaking of death, you will FEEL like death regardless if you are facing physical death or not but i should warn you, if physical death is one of your biggest fears then you just might have to face that thru others or yourself.  You have to face it all, whatever it is personally for you with courage and be willing to do it alone as my experience has shown others won't give a fuck about how you feel and will just project their own darkside upon you. But it's easy to project your own darkside now as well so the more you can be in acceptance of all this the better. It doesn't mean you have to forgive others for their nasty behavior but it does mean that they are just reflecting apart of yourself deep within that you repress. Perhaps you should get rid of the people that treat you like shit as long as you remove the core attachment that brought them into your life otherwise you will just attract another one until your negative emotional attachments are healed and released.

Like i said, iv'e lost everything and everyone over the last few years, walking a very fine line these days and it's time i stop letting others disrespect me or take advantage of my kind heart. I'm so forgiving and never hold a grudge which i like about myself but doesn't mean i should allow those unhealthy people into my life anymore. I want nothing to do with superficial relationships so i would rather be completely alone then be around fakes and flakes. Only deep meaningful relationships work for me now; all the rest can take a hike elsewhere. Without loyalty, maturity and integrity, i will have little value for you as Cap moon's need others around that have the same values which is also about being mature and real with feelings! One of the hardest things about this transit for me is being treated negatively by people in a way that i would never treat them or others which just doesn't work for a Libra sun like myself that needs fairness and equality. Yet the more i hang onto that attachment the more these insensitive fucks around me act like cruel human beings. Therefore, i will just accept all the loss right now rather than accepting being treated with disrespect by anyone. I demand full respect by those around me just like i give to them. If they can't step up and be mature and respectful i'll say....seee ya, don't want nothing to do with them. I'll face this alone like i always have. So there you go, what it looks like to be under a death transit from deep dark grueling Pluto to your Capricorn moon. It will manifest a little different for everyone depending on your own emotional fears and attachments which can be seen by looking at the house of your Cap moon along with the aspects off of it as well as your Saturn placement and aspects. If you survive, in hindsight you will see this was the most significant turning point of your life and you will be a completely new person from the inside out, after a few years have passed.
