This week in astrology the moon is waning through the rest of Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Capricorn. There is only one major aspect until next Monday so not a lot astrologically but we are in the middle of eclipse season which is very significant for life changes and a pivotal point of the year. The one major aspect this week is Venus sextile Uranus exact Thursday March 28. That shows something new or different is available of value or pleasure if we are willing to try it. That could be in context to relationship activity, money, resources or anything of indulgence if we step outside the box and try it. There could be good results. Excitability over interactions with others is possible. Unique expression of affections. Sharing excitement with a loved one. Mental/artistic creativity and originality.
Next Monday April 1 we reach the last quarter moon in Capricorn square the sun in Aries - the crisis in consciousness phase. What we are focused on is at odds with the mood, needs and circumstances of the day. Cap verses Aries - slow verses fast - doing what we want for self verses work, commitments, responsibilities, etc. It's a time to accept, don't push too hard, integrate the past, do what must be done. Some emotional struggles or circumstances could show. If you are struggling or fumbling with something, come back to it later when there is better energy. Generally the day and or people are not as cooperative.
Mercury stations retrograde April 1st at 27 Aries. Some technical issues are possible, delays, change of plans, traveling/transportation issues and things not moving very quickly are likely. Pay extra attention to what you are doing. Strong communications and mental stimulation are possible. Miscommunication or mishaps are possible. Slow down, take your time, pay attention to the issue at hand. Mercury will be slow all week and then not moving (from earth's perspective) for a couple days until it builds up momentum backwards.

Welcome to eclipse season! We are entering the most pivotal point of the year. This week in astrology we have the moon waxing through Leo, Virgo and then becoming full in Libra peaking with the Libra Lunar eclipse at 5 degrees by Monday March 25. The eclipse will be at Midnight (west coast) Sunday night into Monday morning.
We have a lot of major aspects for the week ahead leading to that eclipse including the sun ingression Aries for the astrological new year (equinox) where we have reached equal light vs dark, but more and more light builds from this point on. It's a new season, new focus, new propose for the rest of the year with much more outward activity, and a need to start new things, taking charge. Check your birth chart to see where you have Aries. That area of life is ready for change and has the new focus. The sun will also sextile Pluto for empowerment and transformation this week, changing gears.
Mercury meets up With Chiron in the spot that Mercury will retrograde back to and station direct by the end of April. Individuality & confidence could be wounded and needs healing. Wounds/sensitivities/healing could be spoken about or on the mind in general and going through a process until May 15. Regardless your mind to Late Aries area of life has a important development starting now until Mid May. What house in your chart is Aries? That's where the important development is.
Another big aspect this week is Venus conjunct Saturn followed by Venus sextile Jupiter. Important relationship activity and or money and resources. Serious mature relationship dynamics this week. Some limitations to affection and love are possible, but also commitment and taking things to next level could be needed as well. It's a time to be more conservatives with money and love. In some cases it could be about making a serious long term financial commitment if you need to commit to or buy a big ticket item. It should have good results as Venus sextile Jupiter moving forward out of Shadow into new territory by Sunday into next week.
Mars also changes signs ingression Pisces. What motivates us to take action, what inspires action and drive changes based on our surroundings and influences. Make sure they are positive.
The lunar eclipse Sunday night into Monday morning at 5 Libra is a karmic culmination in relationships of different kinds. The way we relate to others is ready to change for the long term future. We need to let go of old unhealthy relationship patterns so we can do things better for the future. Things starting or ending now can have a long term affect for the future. The ruler of the eclipse is Venus exalted in Pisces sextile Jupiter so these changes could very well be positive! It's time to find a better balance between self and others. It's peak emotional energy within the context of relationships. We are exposed to the shadow, what was hidden so that we become more conscious and aware of our bad relationship patterns,

This week in Astrology we are closing out the current lunar cycle and starting a new one. The moon will be waning through the rest of Capricorn, waning through Aquarius, becoming dark in Pisces and reaching the conjunction with the sun by Sunday March 10 for the Pisces new moon, ruled by Jupiter in Taurus. The moon will then wax forward through Aries by next week.
Mercury will make a conjunction with Neptune in Pisces by Friday March 8 showing strong imagination, inspiration, intuition, dreams and fantasies before leaving Pisces and ingressing Aries by March 9. This is a major change for the mind, communications, information and perception of reality. This is the beginning of an extended stay for Mercury in Aries as this is the sign it will go retrograde next month during eclipse season. Mercury will finally leave Aries and ingress Taurus by May 15. From now until then the mind becomes sharp and quick with a major development that will take time to unfold in your Aries area of life.(check your birth chart).
This lunar cycle will be rooted in Pisces with Neptune. Strong behind the scenes focus and activity. It will be a very sensitive cycle with strong imagination, rooted in dreams, fantasies and creativity. There will be a strong connection to the collective unconsciousness and other realities, easy to be influenced by others and our surroundings. It will likely be a stormy wet cycle. Escapism, retreat from reality and health issues could be a few of the things that holds us back from making new progress on the year ahead. However, eclipse season at the end of March into April will shake things up and show major life turning points.
Next week Venus ingresses Pisces for a change in relationship and money dynamics as the moon waxes forward in Aries.
