Astrology report for Feb 28-March 6 2023

 This week in astrology there's serious thoughts and communications with Mercury conjunct Saturn, but leads to a change of mental energy and perception with Mercury changing signs into Pisces. Look for Venus and Jupiter conjunction up in the sky, in the tropical sign of Aries. It's symbolic of big desires and needs that we want instantly, but to get the good things in this particular phase, you have to be willing to go get it yourself, don't expect others to give it to you. Also be careful of spontaneously overindulging, spending too much or being overly generous trying to fulfill yourself, which might be more difficult than you think. Venus with Chiron shows some issues in love and relationship with insecurities, as Venus in Aries is not at its best when it comes to expressing long lasting love. We want what we want now, but may also become aware of where we need more healing from the past in order to get what we really want for the long term. The Venus Jupiter conjunction is ruled by Mars square Neptune - are you be true and realistic with what you want and desire? It could be good for adventurous fun, taking a pleasurable risk that requires physical activity, just be careful not to hurt yourself, or others.

Astrology chart location for transits

 

I get a lot of questions about the location used for transit charts. When I do these weekly astrology reports you often see the location as either Arizona or California, because it has to be set to somewhere, and most astrologers use their location as the default location. However, the location is completely irrelevant because I set the chart to 0 Aries (the world point and natural zodiac), so that my reports are for the entire world, not just one location. We don't factor in the Ascendant, Midheaven or houses when looking at transits for the entire world.  

When you see astrologers talking about transits while showing you a chart with their location at that exact time with some random sign rising, that's also irrelevant, besides where the planets are in sign and degree, otherwise that chart is only good for that location at that exact moment in time. This is why they should change it to 0 Aries, unless they are giving a forecast for each of the 12 rising signs. Still though, their location is completely irrelevant when doing that.

Also I keep the transit location the same even when doing personal reports for people all over the world because I place the transit chart to their natal chart, making their birth location the relevant location, so that the outside wheel chart's location is completely irrelevant.

Astrology report Feb 7-13 2023

 

This week in astrology we only have a few major aspects besides the moon. The sun is getting closer to Saturn which shows serious focus and serious matters are building. Venus sextile Uranus is about trying new things in love, beauty, pleasure and value. Being willing to try new things could have positive results. Mercury conj Pluto has intense mental energy, obsessiveness, power and control; issues in conversations and a change in perception. Mercury completes in full retograde process and moves into new territory where we can think differently and about new things for the future.

The last quarter moon is a crisis in consciousness. We need to accept what is, integrate lessons, become more whole...
