Gemini new moon June 4 - Mutable Grand Cross with tension stress & changes.

This new moon is forming a mutable Grand Cross - a very powerful intense aspect where four different polarities are pulling on each-other for power and expression, all at once. This aspect is playing out in every birth chart/life, in some way. These four areas of your life (houses) that have Sag, Gemini, Pisces and Virgo are the areas of life being effected the most by this aspect. If your Rising sign is Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces or Virgo this will be extra strong and important meaning for you, as this Grand Cross is aligning with your own personal chart cross of the four angles. Also extra powerful if you have sun or moon in one of these signs. But regardless if you have personal energy points in these mutable signs, we all have the full zodiac within.

- puts the focus on multiple relationships with a lot of mental stimulation around conversations, thoughts & ideas regarding new activity recently unfolding with others. Something of value is wanting to start after a possible change in perspective lately. This could be a relationship or something of material value, or even just thoughts and ideas around starting something new that you personally value right now, but the full understanding of what is starting now won't be available for a couple weeks, at least. There is a lot of confusion too which takes time to become clear.

Communication of all kinds is highlighted so networking, broadcasting, writing, public speaking and transportation type projects are featured and would be a good time to start, at least seeding possibilities for the future in these areas. However, I feel relationships of all kinds are most highlighted now with the exchange of intellectual value, and new beginnings with others, is the main theme of this new moon. There is a lot of information coming in with max mental stimulation adding to some confusion with need to escape anything too harsh in your life. The need to communicate to or think about what you value and love is strong, but what you think and say could have shadow elements as well.

There is some complications with this process unfolding as the Grand Cross reflects. The other polarity has Saturn in Sagittarius, the lord of karma and fate pulling on us applying pressure, doubts, fears and acting as a counter weight to the light hearted playful relationship activity recently, that's full of new possibilities. This force can act as a blocking factor to what wants to manifest, or it can concrete it. Saturn is reflecting a grounding force to what easily could float away thru mind and imagination. There is many choices and possibilities but not all ideas and thoughts are equal, as Saturn's energy will only allow for what's most important, and real. Challenges and obstacles with possible delays is likely. things just are not going to sprout as fast as usual with this new moon. Personal beliefs, faith and opinions could also be an opposing force to the new possibilities arriving now, or even from the authority figures within your life. There could be old obligations and commitments that is opposing the new, or even just self undoing with too much focus on the negative such as inadequacies, fears, doubts, etc. The seeds being planted around now need to have some seriousness and commitment to them once they sprout, these new starts for your life are on the long term, so it has to be done right with integrity & good foundation. This is the Saturn side providing pressure to do what's "right".

The other pulling force is the benefic side where new opportunities have been coming from. (your Virgo area of life). There is a magnification and boost to this side of your life. Every day, real life activity matters are progressing forward but it takes focusing on the details with good practical organization to make real progress. This side of the grand cross is in conflict with the new moon because Gemini has many different things trying to start, and with different people but the Virgo side is more critical wanting to eliminate what's not important and what's not real, narrowing the amount of mental stimulation and information. Jupiter's hard energy alignments with Gemini and GC will cause excess, doing too much too fast. promising more than what might be possible, triggering oppositions and blacks from self or others. This area of your life starts to move forward needing your attention, yet attention is scattered and not focused on the details. Venus square Jupiter/NN has relationship activity in excess as well but is also having karmic effect with long lasting consequences with others, good or bad. This side of your life is a strong force pulling you forward, like it or not. Find your Virgo area of life and move in that direction getting your daily routine in order, along with health routines and real practical everyday life matters, depending on the house that has Virgo - clean up that area of life with new possibilities and move forward even if past comfort zone.

The opposite polarity of Virgo is Pisces where we have the other side of this GC. The South Node there makes Neptune's energy a malefic plus the hard aspects from Neptune to every other planet in this GC only adds to the more negative side of Neptune's energy wanting to manifest. This is about your personal ways in which you self sabotage yourself or by letting life do it for you. Illusions, fantasies, addictions, dishonesty with self and others and any other negative activity that controls your life could be strongly influencing you now. The need to escape pressures is strong, so each person has their own poison they partake in to escape this intense pressure building, whether they realize it or not. What is your escape route? There is so much info and mental stimulation that confusion will be strong, not knowing what should be done, or what you want to do is very possible, leading to escape.

Sometimes, just not being willing to see, face and accept certain things is a form of escapism. Drinking and drugs are common, even food, sex, or whatever. There is just a side that wants to let go and not feel so much pressure or stress. There is so much mental stimulation, and this side from Neptune causes confusion with a need to retreat. If you study your own personal Neptune placement and aspects from birth chart, you'll see that this Grand Cross will activate those challenges for you, which is different for everyone. Chiron also on this side, old wounds can be holding you back as well. All this negative energy in your life is wanting to be healed and released which is also part of the pressure building, to face and accept where you fuck yourself over. But can't be dealt with if you refuse to even see it.

In order to make this side work, you can't repress it, you'll need to find a healthy way to escape sometimes, to release pressures. Giving yourself time to retreat here and there is appropriate and needed. One glass of wine at night or a joint might not be a negative. Tapping into the spiritual world; finding ways to create inspiration; being honest with yourself and others while consciously allowing yourself to fantasize about possibilities, real or not is okay, as long as kept in perspective. Music and other creative escapes is helpful. Compassion, sensitivity and service to others is also great way to turn Neptune's energy positive.

Neptune wants to be included in this new beginning too. Imagination is important, just try not to get lost in the fog or escape from what's real. Secrecy will be strong element of this new moon with private behind the scenes activities that others are not fully aware of, and that might be okay too.

New moon quincunx Pluto - New Moon events lead to intense relationship activity with energy shifts and adjustments necessary while a transformation process & new beginnings starts.

Under all this energy Mercury (ruler of new moon) is direct in Taurus coming out of it's retrograde shadow within a grand earth trine, keeping things somewhat grounded and real leading us forward with what we value the most after recent reflections and contemplation on personal values and needs. The new relationships being seeded now will find much activity and expression come Leo season later this summer, the ones that didn't dissolve, as many things starting now, some won't work out but other seeds may end up being a real gem that you have no ideas about now.

Try and not escape one side of your life for the other. Taking appropriate action on all these different sides of your life pulling on you will help release the feeling of stress and pressure. Let changes happen without fear. Give yourself healthy escape time. Staying adoptable as different things come up will be important. Staying fixed is the worst thing you can do. The universe will make things happen even if you don't. Have patience and expect delays, you won't fully understand all this until in hindsight. Don't push against the confusion or uncertainty.

Sagittarius full moon May 21 2016 - Highlighting passionate thoughts, opinions & beliefs

Full moon 1st degree of Sagittarius on May 21 2:14 pm PDT is the climax to the emotional cycle and opposition in relationships that has been building since the last new moon two weeks ago. This is when there is a change and release process to certain situations of late. More emotional awareness and culmination to what's been trying to manifest; a change of circumstances for the next couple weeks and beyond.


The moon is with Mars, putting a lot of emotional energy on everything this planet is symbolic of including asserting beliefs and opinions (Sagittarius) that you're passionate about. Mars retrograde however, may not assert self in expected ways or feel satisfied, so frustration in outlets, debates, bickering and standing up for what you believe in, is peaking around now, even if only in one's own mind.  It's possible though that thoughts, feelings, opinions and beliefs could overflow into outer life, and within relationships so to help the emotional release & change process, setting people free for new focus and action that's on the horizon now.

Jupiter (ruler of Sagittarius) has recently changed direction, slowly starting to move forward in Virgo which this full moon will help people feel that sense of change as we start to get a better idea of long term plans for whatever it is you've been personally focused on for the last several weeks. Saturn is retrograde in Sag so there is a level of serious contemplation around opinions and beliefs that this full moon will peak in tension as reality is very much under scrutiny these days, fighting for what we feel is "right" and dealing with mind boggling opinions beliefs and thoughts coming from others. Jupiter square Saturn, a balance between expansion and contraction, gives us slow progress forward. New awareness to what we feel committed to and obligated to arises with this full moon.

The sun, just went in to Gemini, changing the solar focus from the material world to intellectualizing thoughts and ideas, needing more communication and information, helping change and opening up to new possibilities that before, we might have been too reluctant to accept or ponder. The full moon opposite this point should bring emotional and intellectual understanding to what we've been uncertain about, or waiting on.

Mercury (ruler of Gemini) has been retrograde in Taurus last few weeks so all the information around our values and resource needs this year hasn't been fully available yet. However, this full moon will also trigger the release that holding period where action needs have been a little uncertain and we'll gain more awareness and information to what needs to be done next, that helps get us to where we want to go. Maybe you haven't been sure what direction you want to go next. This full moon will help with that.

There is a lot of adjustments to perceptions, thoughts and ideas as Mercury changes direction and moves back over old topics of the last month or so, a final pass moving us forward with long term plans that will have extra important affect on life as Jupiter will align with the karmic nodes of the moon for a final time, which is a rare karmic alignment giving opportunities for new ways of achieving abundance in our life, in whatever ways you personally value the most.

Mars is changing signs in the coming days, moving back into Scorpio reflecting new passionate desires and determination to get stuff done, also getting to the bottom of certain issues in your life that have been unresolved, holding progress back. Energy levels should increase, however Venus also changes signs into Gemini which peaks in opposition to Mars on Tues night before Mars changes signs the follow days. This lovers opposition will be like a secondary full moon climaxing Tues night which will finish the opposition release phase for relationships started on full moon as sexual tension is at max levels, perhaps over-flows with bickering and fighting if not expressing it physically through sexual fulfillment. Finding that sexual fulfillment is more of challenge with the opposition as the lovers are on opposite sides of the zodiac with different desires, unless honoring both sides, merging as one.

Venus in Gemini is a little flirt; a tease too. The feminine will be less fixed with material desires, moving on to what gets her off, intellectually. Sexual tension, communication, playfulness, wittiness and all that type of banter is likely. Problem is, she might spark the fire in the masculine only to get bored and move on to some other interest, or act like little miss innocent, leaving Mars all worked up with nowhere to assert the passion. Venus in Gemini needs variety of stimulation to stay happy and nice, including conversation. Also spontaneity, not being too predictable will help you keep her interest. Combine some short trips and little adventures while being a playful smart ass comedian, and goof ball, you might be able to find equilibrium between the sexes.

Whatever you do this next week will start to release the tension that's been building in your personal relationships as Mars finishes playing around with Venus and moves into Scorpio on May 27, reflecting more serious, intense, passionate, resourceful, determined and focused energy on what's important. Mars in Scorpio won't vibe well with Venus in Gemini, so get your pleasure on while you can.

By the end of May we should be feeling very mentally empowered and preparing to move forward in new ways as Mercury trine Pluto and North Node for final pass, fully transforming our perceptions after everything we need to know finally comes in with more understanding settling in. The next week will be working towards that, accepting and releasing what we've been attached to these past several weeks, no longer necessary.

Taurus New Moon May 6 2016

Welcome to what looks like a very earthy abundant new moon at 16 degrees 41 minutes of Taurus on May 6 at 12:29 pm.

Planting metaphorical seeds of desire after this new moon is exact will keep you in the flow of nature's rhythms; and trust me when i say, you definitely want to align yourself with these natural rhythms of mother earth now, if you plan on actually manifesting all the sweet stuff that's been on your mind recently.

Taurus season is when people tend to be more focused on their materialistic side of life. This is okay, and appropriate at this time of year. You won't have much of any life unless you keep this side of yourself healthy and secure. This is a great time to start new activity when it comes to getting what you need and desire to feel safe and secure on the material realm of life, also working on self worth. Taurus is about everything that involves being human and pleasures the senses. If we were meant to stay in our spiritual form 24/7 then we never would have incarnated into this material realm of existence. Keeping your physical world stable, allows you the time and means to pursue other interests that are less materialistic. If you have money hangups, it's only working against you. Money is energy, which can be used for negative or positive. Just keep that in mind.

Mercury Retrograde in Taurus, moving over new moon degree three times

Three part process. Taking some time to reflect on your current updated values, not rushing anything, being patient, but not being inactive either, having a general direction you are starting down now, even if all the details are still unknown, is advised. There is some sluggish energy with heavy Taurus, plus Mars just now picking up some momentum after stationing retrograde, and a quincunx aspect from this new moon to Saturn, means nothing will happen fast, expect delays and slow progress, doing it right, will produce heavy abundant yields later.

Mercury Rx passed over this new moon degree on April 16. Do you remember important matters being on your mind or being communicated around then? That was the first part of consciousness to whatever wants to materialize in your life right now starting on this new moon. What house does your Taurus side rule? Mercury Rx will pass over this degree for a 2nd time on May 13, the same time as Venus & Mercury make a conjunction on this new moon degree. This second pass should start to bring results, but still, not all details are known yet. Some good information might arrive around this time, in regards to pleasure and materialistic matters that have been planted on this new moon. Sweet communication with love and pleasure on the mind. Mercury will move direct on May 22 (sloooowly for a few days) and reach this new moon degree for a 3rd and final time on May 30. Finally, we should have all the info and insights, making us ready to have what we desire, moving forward in new ways with manifestations arriving. This timeline will be true for whatever you're dealing with and waiting for, on the material level. Pushing against the flow, won't help. Summer brings new developments, picks up speed for action.

Despite all the many retrogrades, the ruler of this new moon is Venus. She's moving direct. It's okay to start things as long as you plan for some minor adjustments later, as all the info comes in.

Earth Grand Trine

There is a very positive abundant aspect in place with this new moon called an earth grand trine. Pluto in Capricorn on one point, the North Node and Jupiter in Virgo on one point and Venus, sun, moon, Mercury all at the other point in Taurus. This means all these energy points are working together supporting each-other, making the reality of manifesting material desires and values even more likely.

The trine to Pluto allows for an easy change to your material life, even if you are someone that doesn't do well with change. This lunar cycle will be very emotionally stabilizing and empowering. The old established structures of your physical life can transform now without too much trouble. The trine to Jupiter and North Node means expansive opportunities available while, optimism and trusting the process will open a path forward, with long lasting effects. It also adds an element of luck, especially when being generous with your resources. Hording and possessiveness will work against you now. This will help people be much more giving and generous. Sometimes you have to make room for new stuff, that's best done by getting rid of old stuff.

The thing about grand trines, (or any easy aspects for that matter) is that they are gifts from the universe to take advantage of, but they are not forced upon you. You are under no obligation to receive this abundance. It requires action, and being able to receive, being able to honor your value, going after what you deserve. For this reason, a lot of people have let many opportunities pass by over the years. They might have doubts if this is the right thing, if they are worthy, if they can actually have it, etc, etc, etc. Also Taurus can be known for taking the path of least resistance, laziness, over-indulgent and stubbornness can prevent the abundance from materializing.

Opportunities will show up, but you must decide if it fits with your values at this time; if you truly want it and have the self esteem to receive and enjoy it; plus have the physical energy to create it. The connection of this new moon to Saturn suggest hard-work might be necessary, having to adjust between your responsibilities, obligations and personal desires. Work vs relaxation & pleasure. There is something karmic happening here that we can't quite see or understand, until we give it more time. Any delays you experience, are necessary. Everything will become clear when Mercury passes over this degree for the 3rd time as we approach June.

If you have any self esteem issues, this is a great time for starting new beginnings of greater value for yourself. How well do you take care of yourself on the physical? As long as you do the inner work as well, getting yourself some material beauty and pleasure items can help increase your feelings of self worth, or just keeping the basics up, like feelings safe and secure in the material world. This doesn't have to be all about money or "stuff". How is your connection to the Earth? Taurus is like farmer energy. Get your hands and feet in the soil, eat abundant healthy organic food, enjoy the pleasure of life and the element of earth. What sounds good to your ears, your eyes, your touch, etc. Roll around in the grass,make love, soak up the sun, eat well, be human, enjoy the good things about life. Don't rush or force action, stay in the flow, but watch out for laziness and take action on opportunities when they appear. That's my astrological advice, anyway.

Mercury Retrograde April 29 - May 21 2016 - Questioning & reflecting on values & resources

It's that time again, Mercury starts its retrograde phase for the next few weeks from April 29 - May 21 2016. If you've been following me for a while, you know i don't make too much of a big deal about retrogrades, especially Mercury Rx in Taurus. This is an Earth sign, so you're not going to get electrical "breakdowns" or any other communication, electric issues that you often hear about when Mercury is retrograde, even though no matter what sign, it's usually mostly hype anyway.

Taurus is extremely stable energy, no need to make a big fuss over Mercury Retrograde. Plus you need to remember that these transits in the sky are only reflecting universal background themes but they don't effect everyone the same. If you have any issues with Mercury retrograde, then it's because Mercury is making a unique alignment to one of your personal planets or points. That would be the reason you might experience any kind of inconvenience from Mercury Rx, not because of the general direction.

Also, remember that planets don't actually ever move backwards, it's just an illusion from the earth's perspective. You can't say that about planet alignments, as those alignments are 100% fact, but retrogrades, however, are not. It's simply an illusion, so you can choose to run with that illusion as much or as little as you want. We are finally starting to get past the"supermoon" hype that came about the last few years, i'm still patiently awaiting for people to get a grip with the retrograde phenomenon.

With that said, this Mercury Rx phase through Taurus, in general, is about getting an opportunity to reflect on where you are mentally stuck on something in life, too stubborn to accept new ways of doing things. It's about reflecting on current resources and values in your life with a need to incorporate new perspectives. You might have to communicate some of your updated values to others. Your value system, traditional mindset and stubbornness, etc could be holding you back from manifesting the new abundance your life is ready for at this point. This Mercury Rx phase has a lot to do with reflecting on money issues, and resources of all kinds. It's time to check your updated values and see if you need to make adjustments in order to successfully move forward. However, that forward movement will be slow coming as we get a chance to reflect on some important matters first.

We need to look deep, so we can understand how to manifest new abundance into our life for 2016 and beyond. We can't manifest what's not in alignment with our current values.

Look at your chart and find where Taurus is on the cusp. This will be the area of your life (house) that gets some extra reflection time, with some delays and new information before new progress. Here is a brief interpretation on what this might mean for you personally based on the area of life transit Mercury is in.

If transit Mercury Rx is in your 1st house, then it's about reflecting on your personal values and desires for yourself, regarding your style, clothes, expressions, what you show off to the world, and what you identify yourself with, materially; what you "think" you need to have in order to express you individuality.

Mercury Rx transit 2nd house - You'll get time to reflect on your current financial needs, stuff that you want, along with what you think you need in order to feel safe and secure on the material level of life. Reflecting on & communicating what you need to feel pleasure in life might take up your time next few weeks. Your personal values will need to be checked and updated. What is most important to you at this time in your life? Give it a few weeks, the answers will come. Waiting on money or personal resources to come in is also possible.

Mercury Rx transit 3rd house - You'll be getting time to reflect on intellectual values, materialistic stuff like, what vehicle you want or need, electronic items like phones, computers, etc. Also reflecting on the value of some of your friendships, connections, siblings, neighbors or people you network with. What is your most valuable intellectual pursuit at this time? Stuff like that. There will be some delays as you figure out what you want, or figure out that you actually don't want it.

Mercury Rx transit 4th house - Reflecting on the value of home life stuff and family. pondering new home perhaps or remodeling, general materialistic upgrades to home and family life. What do you find most valuable about home and family life? Is there something in need of change, but you are too stubborn and fixed in your ways, to do what needs to be done in order for improvements? Home life information will come in that allows for adjustments and changes.

Mercury Rx transit 5th house - All things pleasurable and sensual is fun, like recreation, camping, romance, food, parties, etc. Perhaps you need to reflect on what brings you joy in life on the material level. Money issues involving children or other creative materialistic interests could be on the mind for a while before new understanding sets in. Find what you value about being on earth, do more of it but any plans along these lines will need more time to be figured out.

Mercury transit Rx 6th house - Reflecting on what you value for your everyday routine of life. Pondering issues involving how much work you need to do in order to get the amount of money you need and value. Reflecting on and dealing with any health matters you might have, waiting for more information, etc. before any health issues are resolved or understood. It's really about reflecting on your values to see how much time you want to exchange for money. 

Mercury Rx transit 7th house - Time to reflect on the value of your most important relationships and partnerships. Also the materialistic aspect of your partnerships and figuring out better resource balance in that. You could have to wait on info to arrive regrading new partnerships in financial matters between you and someone else.  How willing are you to compromise some of your needs in order to make this partnership work?

Mercury Rx transit 8th house - Refection on and waiting for other people's resources to come in. Reflecting on what you value with other people. Reflecting on needed changes in the way you are currently merged with other people's life. Getting clear and updated with your most inner core values of life, that money can't buy and dealing with the materialistic side of change and separation from others, including inheritance and settlements issues. Give this a few weeks before getting answers.

Mercury Rx transit 9th house - Reflecting on a possible long distance trip that you find of value. Reflecting on your current beliefs about money and the world, and how you fit into that. Updating your values when it comes to what new knowledge you might need in order to progress yourself to get what you want. Waiting for information to see if you got accepted or qualify for something you want and value. Stuff like that.

Mercury Rx transit 10th house - Work, career and reputation gets time for reflection. Is your public life or career in alignment with your current values? You might have to wait on new information to arrive about getting a new job, or some other public event you will be involved in, which could see delays for the next few weeks. Rethinking your career values and money issues that you deal with as a vocation is in order. Some public event might need some rethinking time.

Mercury Rx transit 11th house - Groups, friends, organizations, your hopes and dreams all need some time for reflection before new developments can happen. What do you need from friendships at this point, how valuable are these people to your life? Do they fit in with your hopes and dreams that you wish to manifest? Are you being too stubborn in your group. You might have to wait for information to come in before knowing if something that you want to do in a group context will happen. Things start moving forward into June. Have patience. 

Mercury Rx transit 12th house - You might have to reflect on general materialistic life. Perhaps you are someone that doesn't want people to know that you actually value materialism, only partaking in that indulgence privately from behind the scenes. What mental or physiological blocks to you have about money and pleasure? You might have a lot of fantasy about getting some things you want for the next few weeks, allow this to show you how life can become more pleasurable by materialism. It doesn't make you a bad person, we are human, therefore are meant to experience and partake in the materialistic world. Rethink where you are stuck in a negative perception on the material world.

You might also have this Mercury Rx phase personalized if you have energy points around 13 -24 degrees Taurus, Scorpio, Leo or Aquarius. Whatever the planet you have that Mercury is aligning with should show what is needing more time before new information arrives, and yes, there could be a few mishaps, miscommunication or other annoyances if Mercury Rx makes challenging alignment to you personally. But it won't be for everyone.

Mercury does a rare transit in front of the sun May 9, but you will need special equipment to see. Astrologically, it means a day of important communication highlighted that perhaps opens doors for future developments in these areas Mercury is in transit through. Important information should arrive on that day, but you will still need more time before that information makes a difference.

That's about the gist of it. I'm not going to tell you to hide, not start anything or be ready for electronic/ mental breakdowns. That would take too much energy and change for a stubborn ass like Taurus, which is highly unlikely.  But if you are into the astrology hype of retrogrades disaster, you might want to ask yourself why you would want to align yourself with that negative thinking if not needed. Do airplanes fall out of the sky when Mercury is Rx? All the biggest breakdowns of cars, trains, computers, phones, etc happens when Mercury is Rx? Nope. At worst, your mind is deeply focused on something, making small surface mishaps possible from your own mind being distracted, but if you're conscious to and stay aware to surface life as you go about your day, you have nothing to worry about, unless Mercury is making hard alignment with you personally, which then negative news or inconvenience could arrive, but only to help you get what you really want. So trust the process and don't be a stubborn ass.

Interpretation of what each Rising Sign needs from their partner

Your astrology chart says a whole lot about your partnership needs, but if we could simplify things to get a basic idea and framework of what each person is needing from their partner at the most basic level first, before understanding any of their other complexities within that - well then, we would look to the Ascendant and 7th house of your chart.

Here is a very brief interpretation of what each different Rising Sign needs the most from their partner, on the most basic level before anything else (in general - and i should say -very general). These are not necessarily the traits you are most attracted to which is based on your Venus, Mars, moon, etc, rather it's what type of partner that will fit best with you on basic level of every day life. This will mostly be true the first half of life, but you also might want to find out your progressed Rising Sign that is usually a sign or two after your natal Rising Sign which could indicate your updated partnership needs at this point in your life.  So if one doesn't seem to fit, check the following sign.

So here's the basics:

Aries Rising - This person needs fairness, objectivity and equality from their partner, allowing them to be self, so they can follow their own path freely. They need a partner that will bring more beauty into their life with the willingness to communicate issues diplomatically, even if that's not their own natural style. Aries Rising is already brave, independent and full of personal freedom, so they need a partner willing to accept that while offering a balanced harmonized beautiful partnership, honoring self needs just as much as partner needs.

Taurus Rising - These people already have a good sense of value for themselves, along with having what they need to feel safe and secure on the material level. They need a partner that will offer value of a deeper substance, like emotional intensity, frequent sex, loyalty, passion, and a sense of having personal authority; someone whom is powerful & in control of their life. They are not necessarily needing a partner to be rich or bring them everything they ever wanted in life. They need a partner that wants to fully merge as one and control their destiny together.

Gemini Rising-  This youthful playful person needs a partner willing to travel both short and far, having and allowing for a sense of humor, being optimistic, adventurous and a seeker of higher truths. Cancer Rising - On the most basic level, Cancer Rising people need a partner that will provide some stability and practicality in life matters, having long term ambitions, most likely in business, family and is an authority in the world or in the relationship, sometimes being older which will help secure and add structure to the Cancer's life. This person already has a good sense of emotional sensitivity, care and nurturing for themselves, they are not necessarily needing that as much from their partner(in general) as you would think. Having a wise and mature partner helps keep the Cancer's emotional sensitivity grounded & healthy, helping them to feel protected, safe and secure. 

Leo Rising - This is the fun expressive star rising person, they don't need their partner to be that. Virgo Rising - Let's see...this person needs to have a partner that has faith in them and vice versa, whom is dreamy and romantic about the union. Scorpio Rising - What this person needs from their partner most is material security and safety, along with a good dose of pleasure. They need passion, and sometimes even drama from partner, someone that enhances their own sense of creativity and flare. They need a partner with good style and whom they can show off to the world. This partner helps bring more heart,  fun and recreation to Aquarius Rising's life.

Pisces Rising - This person needs a grounded practical organized health conscious partner to help ground out this illusive imaginative Pisces Rising that can sometimes fall into addictions or fantasy. They don't need a dreamer, rather someone with a lot of intellect and devotion to them. Pisces Rising needs a partner willing to serve them, and that will be extra helpful with routine daily chores and work so the Pisces has time to get lost in creative inspiration.
