I don't have the exact birth time for Kiely, but all the alignments that i will show you in her chart are accurate, and it shows a whole lot. I use a combination of the natal chart, secondary progressions and transits.

Kiely's chart looks very critical, karmic and fateful based on Saturn and Pluto T-squares.
Kiely has Pluto at the apex of a mutable T-square. connected to Mars and the Nodes of Fate. Pluto is symbolic of power, control, extremes, intensity, destructiveness, what's hidden under the surface, and death. Pluto can also have symbolic meaning of transformation through death and rebirth from intense life experiences that don't actually kill us but rather end up changing us on a core level from the experiences it reflects, but it can also show literal death events in the chart.
This Pluto energy is even more critical for Kiely as it's connected to her sun and moon, plus Mars. This shows a lot of private family and emotional intensity as well.
Pluto in Sagittarius, especially connected to 5th house and or Leo energy can show a destructiveness through overindulgence, taking it to extremes. Since Pluto is connected to her Nodes of Fate which shows her destiny, an extreme fateful event was written in the stars for Kiely in this life experience.
Kiely has the North Node of destiny in Pisces. Through my research, when Pisces or Neptune is connected to death, death usually comes from one of these circumstances below:
Drugs
Alcohol
Poison
Drowning
Storms
Accidents from lack of visibility or confusion.
There is also usually a mystery involved or unanswered questions with Pisces and Neptune. At the time of Kylie's death, she was under a once in lifetime Neptune transit to her North Node of destiny in Pisces square Pluto and opposite her Mars
Kiely's life destiny is connected to her past life experiences which is why I say this event was karmic. Karma doesn't mean what most people think it means. It's not a punishment, it's just connected to things that are meant to be, for whatever reason. Kiely has her sun, Mercury, Mars and the South Node all in Virgo connected to this fateful T-square. The South Node shows a past life connection that her purpose in this life was very much connected to, since her sun (identity) is there with the South Node of the past. Again, i don't have the answers on how exactly this life event was connected to her karma from past life, all i can see is that's there's a connection and a spiritual reason for all of this.
On a lighter level, her past life energy of Virgo is about being serious and hard working, clean, organized, logical, analytical, critical and overly practical, plus having good boundaries/limits. This half of her is connected to the father's side of the family. Her soul needed to finalize something about that from past lifetimes and start to learn more about the opposite in this lifetime, which is Pisces.
Kiely's soul hasn't had a lot of experiences with the opposite polarity of Virgo which is Pisces. Pisces is messy, disorganized, dreamy, imaginative and creative, though also gullible and highly sensitive, which is why Pisces energy often struggles with substance abuse to help take off the edge from the hypersensitive energetics that they feel from everything. Pisces is meant to loosen up the boundaries of life, lessen the mental processes and flow with life more than trying to have it all figured out and perfect. Pisces is meant to F*** up a lot as they learn lessons about that, and that's okay because the path of Pisces lacks clarity so takes trial and error to figure things out. This side is connected to her mother's side of the family as it's ruled by Jupiter, which also rules her Moon/Pluto in Sagittarius. Pisces and Sag tends to overindulge, over do things, and as i said before, with Pluto there, it's taken to critical extremes. At the same time, Pluto reflects things that are outside of our control, as Pluto is far past Saturn (our limits). I do think Kylie's Moon/Pluto is connected to the 5th house of creativity, recreation and parties. Plus she has Venus in Leo with a trine aspect (easy flowing energy) to those Sag positions that likes to party. Her Saturn in Leo (authorities and reality in her life) has a trine to the Sag planets as well, which allows this party side to happen. It's not her parents fault though, this was meant to be her experience, otherwise, how could it show in her chart when she was born.
Moon Pluto people tend to nurture themselves in destructive ways because they feel so much emotional intensity. However, with the moon in Sag, it's also an easy-going playful, funny smart-ass placement to have, which is in direct conflict with her Virgo side. These conflicts played out within her, within her family and outer life experiences.
There is so much more to her chart but i want to make this about her passing and how astrology can see these things in the chart. Looking at Kiely's secondary progressed chart is the real trick to understanding astrology predictions. A lot of modern astrologers say that secondary progressions isn't literal, it's just symbolic of how we feel at the time. I disagree! The Secondary Progressed chart can be used for predictions and timing of real life events! I've seen it over and over again. This example I'm about to give, should help you understand this.
We are always going to be what our natal chart reflects, but people do grow, change and evolve with different flavors of experiences as we age, seen through the secondary progressions. Some areas of life can stay the same while other areas of our life change drastically, especially the older we get. Kiely only had 16 years so her chart didn't have time to change in major ways, but her sun progression is so telling that life events can be predicted ahead of time. This is why I use progressions with transits to make predictions. You are missing out on so much understanding if you do not know your secondary progressions.
We can see in the chart above, Kiely's progressions are on the outside wheel of her natal chart. We can see that her sun hard a once in lifetime progression this year to 24 degrees of Virgo exactly square her natal Pluto at the apex of her Nodes of Fate. You think that's coincidence? No. I've seen it many times in charts. Secondary progressions can't give you exact timing of events. It's a bigger energy than that. It gives more of a general timeframe, a year or two that those events will happen. Adding transits can help narrow down the timing. When the secondary progressions are in place for a major life event the energy is there and can materialize at any moment. Transits are the trigger.
As i said above Kiely had transit Neptune exactly on her North Node of destiny square Pluto opposite her Mars. Plus looking at all the transits that night there's a lot of other things showing as well.
The night of her death, she had the transit sun exactly square her Jupiter in Scorpio (over doing it) which rules her Pisces and Sag sides. That aspect happens once a year, but this year it was critical because her sun had progressed to 24 Virgo square her natal/progressed Pluto.
Friday into Saturday we can also see the moon fallen in Scorpio with the South Node of the moon (fate) letting go, creating a Grand-Cross to her chart, again, showing a much more critical time than any other time in her life.
In fact, in one of my weekly astrological reports for the entire world I've been predicting how karmic this time frame is for people. This is my public report i made about Aug 5-6 the night she died.

Mars square Saturn was also in place which is a very difficult aspect as well with conflict. Kylie's natal Mars square Pluto is also very intense and can show conflict from accidents or other forms of conflict. Her chart does indicate the possibility of conflict with other people, so I can't rule out foul play without knowing her exact birth time, but the odds are probably that this was an accident from her own excessiveness and overindulgence, Even if it's an accident, it was still meant to happen for a spiritual reason. Perhaps her soul was eager to dive head first into this new life path of trying to let go of being perfect and opening the boundaries to life, experiencing more fun, play and joy which is part of her destiny, but the mutable T-square is dynamic and messy so people don't know how to work with those energies at first. I believe she will come back to earth in another body, continue to learn this new soul path of Pisces, but will have a valuable soul memory of what happened this time around, making the next time, a little easier.
