Happy weekend to you all. I hope you enjoy it, the moon is in Leo the next couple days until joining up with the Sun in Virgo on Monday morning starting a new lunar cycle. So take advantage of the expressive joyful Leo moon while you can, it won't last long...
The Sun moves into Virgo tonight (Friday) 9:46 pm PDT changes the energy and focus from expressive heartfelt playful creative Leo to grounded analytical  health conscious Virgo. Happy birthday Virgo! 

Monday morning (Aug 25) the moon enters Virgo as well conjoins the Sun 7:13 am PDT at 2 degrees 18 minutes and the new lunar cycle begins. This one has a lot going on with both positive and challenging energy... okay, I won't lie, mostly challenging. I'm going to do my best to make this report short and sweet, right to the point but there is a lot to say.

So what is Virgo symbolic of? Grounded Earth  - After the creative childlike Fire phase of expressive Leo, Virgo comes in and takes control of all the new creative ideas that Leo came up with and begins to sort them out to ground, getting things organized, cleaned up or rejected altogether if the creation isn't very practical or working well. Virgo is analytical able to see what works best and what doesn't so can appear to be somewhat nitpicky critical energy sometimes but only in context of wanting to be helpful and get things done right. Virgo has the ability to focus energy and be very precise about things. Virgo is also about health matters, in all its different forms and this new lunar cycle is very much about focusing your energy with intentions on health and service, both for self and others! But that's not all - Mercury (intellect) is the planet associated with Virgo which is ahead of the Sun also in Virgo with a perfect sextile to Saturn and Mars in Scorpio, while opposite Chiron in Pisces and quincunx Uranus in Aries - wow! Where do i start with this. First let me explain what is happening with Mars and Saturn - it looks intense and very important, directly connected to this new moon!

If you read my previous report you know that i warned you to take care of work a little each day so you wouldn't be slammed with too much all at once when Mars conjoins Saturn. Well, that time has come and Mars is perfectly conjunct Saturn for the entire cycle of this next new moon. This energy can play out in several different ways depending on your own personal astrology but it only happens once every two years and only once every 30 years in Scorpio so the last time Mars joined Saturn in Scorpio was 1984. You can bet it means something big with this latest conjunction. 

Mars is symbolic of action, passion, aggression and war. Saturn is symbolic of authority, maturity, establishment, structure, restriction, fear, responsibility, hardwork and karma; all that kind of fun stuff. On the world stage i believe this means some kind of new attack on authority such as the U.S. or other world leaders or even some kind of covert action happening in a war context It could mean the opposite too and a crackdown by world powers on the aggressive acts of others in some precise covert strike type of way, but in a very big way. We see the conflict with authority already building in world news so will peak this next couple weeks until the full moon. Scorpio energy is very stealthy and works from the shadows bringing change from within - to the outside. So the universal action is running into a roadblock called Saturn where we might have to answer to authority being judged from past actions and or  to make sure we did our work before we can continue ahead.

On a personal level this can playout in our life as having to face the consequences of previous actions now catching up with us. Even on a world level as well. Mars with Saturn is not fun, especially in Scorpio! If you have been neglecting important responsibilities then this new lunar cycle will put the focus on getting all that done which will take a lot of hardwork and commitment. Something needs to be acknowledged and healed deep inside each and every one of us. Disturbing news can appear now. Health issues on any level could become clear and this is even more emphasized by Mercury opposing Chiron which symbolizes the need to  balance health, when in Pisces on a spiritual psychological global level, but also personal. In order to be a valid part of our Earth healing and creating a better world to live in, we each have to do the inner work on self which has a strong affect on the universal health consciousness of the planet. We need to find the root of the problem and make big commitments to change our global lifestyle!. We've been doing a little at a time but we need to step it up now! Life is getting intense as we are at a critical moment in human development. 

We could face restriction and having to deal with forces out side of our control in this new cycle which will encourage us to get grounded, practical and focusing our energy on real world important matters that starts with our personal health. This new moon is about getting organized and cleaning up our life making major adjustments in our lifestyle on many different levels. There is bound to be some surprises with the connection to Uranus which is unstable rebellious energy so some of you won't like being told what to do. It will be extra important to ground ourselves and really take responsibilities seriously, or there could be a high price to pay which could take the form of many different type of restrictions in our life depending on your own astrology. Personal and global conflict looks imminent.

The other thing about this new moon is Venus and Lilith still in Leo.. Jupiter is also there for the entire year so on some levels we are still going to be attracted to having a good time and wanting to create joy, love, romance, recreation as we want to receive a certain amount of fun loving praise and attention from others.  But there is a big problem with that. In case you don't know Venus is the Feminine and what we value and are attracted to; also represents money and relationships. Lilith is where we are repressed (the little devil chick on our shoulder whispering rebellion in our ear).  Venus and Lilith are tightly square Mars & Saturn yet tightly trine Uranus in Aries. Oh boy, this is trouble for sure. Sorry but the joy and play won't be coming easy in this next new moon cycle, as well resources could get tight, you might want to save money!. Venus is moving into her 3rd quarter square with Mars (the Masculine) and Mars is in no mood to play right now so doesn't need the distraction of the Feminine which will be very rebellious against any kid of restriction or authority telling her what to do. This works both on an inner level between our own personal Feminine vs Masculine and in our relationships. Both man or woman can play either role. Venus came together with Mars back in the spring of 2013 initiating a new lovers cycle and now there will be a crisis in the consciousness of the lovers in regards to the future, looking back with some doubts. Venus moves faster than Mars so she is the one that is engaging the Masculine right now rather than the Masculine after her and once she moves past this conflicting time for love she will conjoin Mars once again in Feb 2015 winning her prize (if all goes well) starting yet another cycle for love and sex but until then there needs to be some final steps taken in past love matters, stabilizing and making the relationship heather by facing any issues of the past cycle. Is the relationship still in both people's best interest? Sexual tension increases, passions will be intense for both sexes when Venus squares Mars so can be some bickering in the coming days as Venus will be double restricted and yet feeling extra rebellious so if you don't want your partner running off to play with some one different, than you might want to take extra care and time to listen to their needs and try and please not acting aggressive or like a total a-hole to them but that won't be easy because that Venus and Lilith side in us wants more than we should have right now as the focus needs to be on more important serious matters outside of love and sex issues. Saturn will be restricting money, resources and love unless we fulfilled our duties and did the necessary work but this all goes back a long way so again previous decisions and actions catching up with us now could effect how much love and pleasure we get. On another level this Venus trine Uranus square Saturn can help us innovate and create better values that have a long lasting affect on our over-all happiness in terms of relationships and pleasure. What is it that you really need to feel happy with life? More trust and freedom in personal relationships is important along with loyalty and commitment. It's also wise to unite your own inner Feminine and Masculine  as one so you don't rely totally on your partner to bring you that other side which creates the joy and happiness, or the lack there of when your partner leaves. Also think about all this materialism the western world is addicted to. Saturn is reflecting the need to clean up the mess and find what's really important in life - people, not a bunch of useless crap just to keep you entertained. 

Well, I think you get the idea what energy will be in place with this Virgo New Moon, looks tough but if you do the hardwork will have big long lasting rewards! Set new intentions and then put them into action a couple days after the 25th when you see the crescent light on the moon which will be waxing energy supporting your intent for the next two weeks and could manifest six months later with the Virgo full Moon. It's best to set intentions that go along with the matters listed above - health, service, work, love, lifestyle adjustments, innovation, getting your life grounded and organized. Sever the problem from the root, we have great energy to focus with precision; ground to Mother Earth and take care of business, including personal health starting a new health and work routine, yet at same time be of service to something outside of self as well. It's a lot to do, cleaning up the hidden dirt. I wish you all the best with it.

Astrological insight into Robin Williams death

As you might have heard by now the actor Robin Williams was found dead in his California home today 8/11/2014 apparently from committing suicide. The exact time of death is still unknown. I pulled up his astrological chart wanting to know if I could find any insight to why this happened. Robin is a Cancer Sun, Scorpio Rising and Pisces Moon. That's a whole lot of Water element which is symbolic of him being a very sweet sensitive compassionate kind soul with a deep emotional nature.  He also had other energy points in Water as well.

The first thing I looked for is where transit Pluto and transit Uranus is located in his chart. Pluto is symbolic of destruction and death, not always literal but always transformation happening on some level. Uranus is sudden unexpected surprises and changes, revolution happening to the area of life it's moving thru. I also wanted to see his own natal Pluto and Uranus placement. The first thing I noticed is transit Pluto perfectly opposite Robin's Mars which is the most important planet in Robin's chart because Mars rules his chart being a Scorpio Rising with Pluto as co-ruler so whatever is happening to Mars both his natal Mars and Transit Mars greatly effects him on a deep emotional level. His Mars is also conjunct his natal Uranus which is what made him so unique and different than most people. Mars was his passions and how he took action. Wherever Uranus is in our birth chart shows where we are most rebellious and original so with his Mars reflecting his actions/passions and entire personality (Rising sign) conjunct Uranus he had a very unique personality and gift in his acting ability which was one of his greatest passions. Transit Pluto opposing this important point for several months already was on its second pass pulling out deep repressed anger and rebellion in Robin, stirring up emotions so they could be healed. Transit Pluto currently at 11 degrees Capricorn is a very rare transit and Robin never had to face this energy before until this last year. Pluto was trying to change him and transform old emotional wounds of the past however it's not an easy process and no matter how strong a person is emotionally this transit would be extremely difficult to handle for any one. When Pluto opposes Uranus you can always expect the unexpected and something unusual happening in your life, usually destruction and revolution.

Pluto in Capricorn is Robin's 3rd house which is symbolic of his perceptions and intellect. Cancer (the opposite polarity of Capricorn where all his natal Cancer energy is) is in 9th house symbolic of his beliefs and faith in the world. Therefore transit Pluto was trying to change some old mental structures and patterns along with deeply embedded emotional beliefs from his entire life, even possibly from past lives. At the same time transit Uranus had been "squaring" his natal Mars and natal Uranus. Square aspects is a very challenging energy that forces action in some way which was moving thru his 6th house of health matters and every day working routine. Transit Uranus could have been bringing some unexpected health conditions to him so it's possible the cause of death isn't suicide and if it is than perhaps the health issues contributed to his decision. Regardless of cause the energy there was bringing something unexpected to his health and beliefs (conjunct Jupiter and square 9th house). Also transit South Node was in 6th house as well reinforcing the need to let go of the past and change his health and working routine to something new or at least innovate those matters.

Also transit Uranus was opposing Robin's Neptune in 12th house This natal placement for his Neptune was very difficult all his life as he was able to perceive the pain and suffering of the world and often times people with this placement feel like it's their own pain and can have addiction tenancies so to escape the pain until they work out some repressed psychological issues, usually past life related. Perhaps his sense of humor and career was his form of escape but he might have had other hidden addictions that most people don't know about. Hard to say for sure. So transit Uranus opposing this point could have added some psychological confusion to what was happening in his life right now and any emotional pain he might have been feeling.

Transit Saturn (hardcore reality and karma) had been moving thru Robin's first house of self  for the last couple years asking him to take greater responsibility for himself  including his health and any deeply hidden emotional issues that were repressed. Saturn is a 30 year cycle and so this was somewhat rare for Saturn to be in his first house but was also sending supportive energy to him in other ways to get serious about taking the necessary action to heal and better himself, but is still always a rough time where new realities about the self start to sink in. Transit Mars was also moving through his first house sending him an easy energy stream to his natal Uranus and natal Mars making it easy for him to take unusual action. Unfortunately, the easy action, seems to be used in a negative way, if in fact he did take his own life. In addition Saturn has been squaring Robin's natal Pluto which was asking for major self and career changes forcing him to get to the root problem of everything.. or else. Not an easy transit at all; Karmic.

Robin Williams was also having his Mercury return which is about a year cycle and symbolic of having a new focus and thinking pattern for the next year. Nothing too significant in that i suppose, just stands out that it happened today but what is significant is that transit Sun was moving over his Natal Pluto the last 24 hrs. That happens one day a year and means a large powerful source of attention was right on his inner personal power also symbolic of death and transformation but perfectly opposite yesterdays powerful Aquarius Full Moon which means his Pluto (personal power and control) was hard it and is in his 10th house of the world and career making his death a public situation and known by all. He most likely passed yesterday. When Sun moves over our Pluto we feel very deep intense emotions and so looks like everything was coming to a head with that transit the last 24 hrs.

This is just a brief summery of what i see but i really feel Mr Williams was dealing with some deep old emotions coming up that were needing to be healed and released as Pluto opposed all his Cancer energy.  The sign Cancer is known for holding onto the past including feelings, people, places and things that go far beyond the point of healthy. All people with a lot of Cardinal energy (Cancer, Libra, Aries and Capricorn) are going through rare transformation these days and for some people very extreme transformation depending on degrees and other aspects of their personal astrology. You can not run or hide from a Pluto/Uranus transit, you must face the music and step up to change, releasing the past for good.... or else finish the healing process in your next life. There is nothing to fear if you don't try and hold on but that is much easier said than done. Even if it turns out the cause of death was other than suicide Robin was under extreme unstable energy where unexpected situations can happen and no doubt the reason for his death. He left a legacy (Pluto in 10th house - the world) so will never be forgotten and the soul never dies, death is only an illusion. Still a big loss for the people that loved him though.

Aquarius FullMoon - Aug 10 at 11:09 am PDT

 Hey guys, how has the Leo energy been treating you? Usually this time of year when the Sun is in Leo good party vibes, joy and lots of self expression rules the month.  However there has been some resistance to all that this Leo cycle as Mars & Saturn has been  in Scorpio which clashes with Leo. I'll get into all that in a minute but let's start with the basics of this Aquarius Full Moon. As always the Full Moon is an opposition between Sun and Moon; outer world vs inner world; climax in tension, especially in regards to personal relationships as it's never just about the self and is a time for release, letting go in some way and finding more balance in our life. Creative projects and anything new started two weeks ago with the Leo New Moon now finds peak illumination. 

There is a lot of energy in Leo including the Sun, Mercury, Black Moon Lilith, and Jupiter which is really expanding our need for self expression, joy, confidence, enthusiasm , creativity and a bit of an ego boost feeling and thinking about our self importance in the world and wanting to follow the heart and what makes us happy regardless of what anyone else thinks about that. Lilith there adds even more ego and rebellion, wanting to express self because of not feeling important enough, over looked, and our creative joy & expression being squashed by others in the past. Her energy brings the need to break free from the repression and be seen. The Sun is the universal consciousness and will, a huge powerful light source focusing on all this.

Now, the Moon moved into Aquarius, the exact opposite energy of Leo, making us feel and understand that we may not be the center of the universe. Leo is about the self and the heart;  Aquarius is about the entire group, our tribe and friendships; feeling more intellectual, and thinking about the big picture and what really matters in life which is all  much more than just our own needs. Leo energy is very heartfelt, dramatic and prideful whereas Aquarius is able to detach from the drama and stay chilled as situations become tense.

So with these two different energies opposing each other we need to find a way to integrate both polarities, releasing some pride and ego so we can find more balance with our self and other people in our life that are important to us but at the same time keep a good amount of self-confidence and heart. That's the tension breaking on the personal relationship level over the next two weeks but on another dimension this Full Moon is also about needing to integrate the Aquarius energy into our new creative goals and projects started around two weeks ago.

Aquarius is known for being a bit rebellious and thinking out side of the box, not following the rules and having the intellectual mind that is able to innovate, finding better ways to create something new as the big picture is in view. If your projects have found some obstacles and roadblocks then Aquarius can help you over come all that. Remember, Aquarius is about the group so the Leo ego and pride might want to do everything on it's own, the way you want it to be, but the trick is to allow other people in to help you with these projects. The message is clear: we can't do it all alone. Other people can add a lot if we have enough maturity to release the ego and pride accepting their help and opinions.

Speaking of maturity, let's get into the Saturn in Scorpio side of this Full Moon. Saturn is symbolic of responsibilities, maturity, grounded reality, hard work, delay, and authority among other keywords which has a T- square aspect to this Full Moon; meaning an energy block to Leo/Aquarius with a high amount of tension do to being forced into action that doesn't feel easy. Leo and Aquarius energy is kind of a party vibe wanting to chill with friends and have a good time, creating joy and expressing the heart, detaching from emotional intensity. Scorpio on the other hand, especially with Saturn there is a bit of a critic and party pooper, looking for depth and intensity, not pleased with any type of superficiality; wanting only serious matters, getting to the root of everything asking us not to forget about important responsibilities lingering in the shadows.

Saturn energy blocking progress to joy and abundance, UNTIL we incorporate the hard work and depth of finding what it is that holds us back from finding that joy and abundance we seek. The thing is, it doesn't come from outside of self, we must go within, find the root of the problem and be willing to let some old hard feelings arise so we can release them with this Full Moon. We might not be able to get it all out in this one month but we need to start the process or at least make more progress from past healing already started in order for more joy, creativity and abundance to manifest in our outer world.

Aquarius can help with this as well, letting others in our deepest space that we try and hide which will add perspective and insight into more healing. Basically, don't be afraid of your own vulnerabilities and be willing to express your most authentic self to the important people in your life no matter how ugly or dark that looks. Don't be fake, none of us are perfect and we all have made many mistakes. Be easy on others, forgiving them and  be easy with yourself as well. Love and forgiveness heals.

On a more mundane level Saturn is saying that we can't forget about our practical work and  responsibilities as it would be wise to take care of business a little bit every day rather than procrastinate and just chill/ party otherwise we may face some hard cold realities later in the month when Mars runs into Saturn and forward progress stops as we are forced to finish up work and serious matters of the past month or so before we move forward in the new which could be too late by then and all of our creative plans come crashing back down and fail. The more hard work we put in now, the more likely we succeed with the Leo New Moon creative goals started two weeks ago. If you want more abundance, you have to work for it and show the universe and authorities in your life, both inner and outer that you are serious about manifesting something new! 

Mars in Scorpio is passionate and intense creating desire and lots of sexual tension so try and understand where that is coming from, making love rather than war. Other people are not causing your problems, it's all in self. They are just mirrors reflecting your own shadow. It's best not to be so secretive, resentful and evasive with others but rather channel the passion into something positive and get deep, taking powerful action on your responsibilities and goals instead of wasting your energy and time on lost causes, others, and revenge.

That's the gist of this Full Moon from my prospective, i hope the info was helpful.

 In other news Venus representing money, values and relationships has been in Cancer for a while making relationships a bit sensitive and timid in expressing our love and feelings for others but on Aug 12 moves into fire and joins the Leo joy and expression which really changes the energy a lot makes it easier to show people we care and sensitivity won't be as strong. This will make us even more attracted to the Leo energy wanting  to create fun, joy and heartfelt expression in our relationships but will be a little bit self-centered so just try and balance that out, showing others the love too.

Also Juno, the energy of soulmates and long term partnerships has entered Cancer for the next two months. which means if you have personal points in the sign of Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces it's likely you could have contact with karmic people this next two months and form new emotional bonds or understand your feelings more in regards to what you need in a long term partner. No promises on contact but it does increase the chances especially if you have a lot of energy in the sign of Cancer.

Story of Me and the Fly

I had been thinking the last few days wondering about what's next for my life and feeling so limited on options that some days it feels like i am totally trapped stuck in my glass box looking out at so many possibilities and so much expansiveness in the world, and yet every time I try to move forward to meet that I keep running into an invisible wall that keeps me stuck in place.

As i set wallowing in my own misery wondering if the universe is gonna help me out some i noticed a fly in the house which kept freaking out, flying all around in desperation running into it's own invisible boundaries called the window, as it was looking for a way out into the light.

How confused this fly must have felt, (if flies could feel) seeing the big open wide world and yet this fly too could not figure out how to penetrate that barrier and fly free out into the world. From my perspective it seemed the fate of this fly was settled; that there could be no way the efforts of this little fly would be able to free itself from this box it ended up in some how; that much larger forces out side of its control were keeping it pinned down, unable to move out into the openness of freedom again. Interesting i thought. Spirit is constantly around us in all moments sending us messages through symbology. I figured there must be a message here for me considering me and this fly have so much in common.

It took me a few minutes to reach that conclusion though because at first I was just annoyed with the fly and was thinking about rolling up some newspaper and ending the annoyance. But then i realized how i must be as annoying to larger forces outside my control, appearing all helpless unable to free myself asking for salvation. How messed up it would be if i killed this fly in the very same situation.

This fly doesn't mean much to me and why would anyone want to help it? Why would spirit want to help me? We are all connected on some levels unseen. What i do for you i do for me. As above so below; everything is always working on multiple levels on both larger and smaller dimensions.

Would it even be possible for such a large power source like me to help such a small delicate creature like the fly, without accidentally harming it through tying to help it? Am i suppose to help it? You know the fly would not be very cooperative in that process. I then wondered how cooperative I've been with the universe trying to help me. How could i even expect divine forces to step in and help out when i think nothing of this poor fly trapped in the same situation?

 To save this fly it would take some patience and gentle care to ensure its safety do to my overwhelming strength in comparison that could kill it just by a single touch. Maybe that's why higher forces have such a hard time helping people.

Anyway, the gist of my story is i took the time to save the fly and set it free out into the world once again. How could i expect divine forces to help me if not willing to see all life in the same sacred perspective no matter how insignificant it may seem on my level?- it was everything for that fly.
