Transit Pluto opposing the USA's birth sun - Nov 1 2015

As i wrote about in my previous two posts the USA is facing some serious challenges at this time in its history. But i'm actually seeing something very critical and significant unfolding this fall 2015 into the new year of 2016. The USA started its rare Pluto transit back in 2008 when it was in opposition to Venus (money values) which brought a change in money situations for the country but the entire transit which will change many areas of life within the USA will last until around 2024.

Pluto has a 248 year cycle. The United States of America has only existed for 239 years. That means that the current position of Pluto at 13 degrees Capricorn in opposition to the USA's natal sun at 13 degrees Cancer has never happened in the history of the U.S.  This is very serious! Pluto represents death, destruction, power, control, manipulation, transformation after a re birthing process from the destruction and changes. This is a very slow process, does not happen over-night which is why it's so rare to have to face these challenges in this way every 248 years. Capricorn is the foundation and establishment of the society. Pluto's energy has been slowly changing the core to those foundations since the new millennia and really kicked in 2008 when it opposed the USA's Venus. Now it's time to oppose the sun which the sun is symbolic of the purpose and focus of the USA and the very core of it's foundation and system.

Transit Pluto opposing the USA's sun sign degree means the USA is facing a powerful opposition from outside of its control which will result in a really big transformation for the country and its people over the next couple years. The exact date of the final opposition is on Nov 1 2015. There could  be powerful events taking place around that time but the fact that Pluto is such a slow mover means that the energy stays in place for a long time so actual outer events could happen anytime throughout 2015 and 2016 into 2017 when activated by other transits and progressions. It's extremely difficult to make an exact date prediction for outer events from a Pluto or Uranus transit but I'm going to do my best to pinpoint what times i think will be the most significant for changes.

Let's start with looking at Nov 1st 2015.

This Pluto transit in opposition to the sun is on the 2nd house, 8th house axis. These are the financial houses; the 2nd house being the USA's core values, possessions, self worth and resources which is the energy of Capricorn - Business, planning and long term achievement. The 8th house is the values, possessions, self worth and resources of others, like other nations that we try and partner with which is in the energy of Cancer - Home, family, past and emotional needs. This means that a big part of this transformation that the USA is facing is about its values and resources both ours and other nations.

Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and Saturn starts its transit thru Sagittarius for the next two years starting this fall. On Nov 1st 2015 when Pluto is opp sun Saturn will be in 12th house which indicates the event could be hidden or the USA going through a transformation from behind the scenes while transit Mars and Venus are conjunct the USA's natal Neptune in the house of business. It's possible the general public will not be aware of the trouble happening or this Event i'm predicting and in fact some kind of information presented to the public could all be smoke screen and illusory keeping the public in the dark and distracted with fantasies, which could be about money.

Saturn is Sag conjunct Ascendant is reflecting need for the USA to get back on track with its main purpose which first has to get the nation's beliefs, opinions and life philosophy in order that might have fallen short of truth these days. Saturn will cause the USA to be more real and truthful with who it is and find the truth of its values, self worth and resources; getting "real" is what the USA faces this next two years. Saturn will be forcing the USA to be more mature and responsible towards the future.

 With Mars conjunct Neptune the last week of Oct it's possible their could be some kind of outside hidden stealthy attack on the USA But the public might not be aware. Then again, maybe something forces the awareness. Either way something is happening to the USA this fall! Whatever it is will be fated with long term consequences as the transit North Node is conjunct the USA's public image and world position. We can't forget that the sun and Mercury will be in Scorpio 12th house at this time in the late fall reinforcing the deep hidden transformation, dealing with power struggles and convert news.

So my prediction is some kind of big event will be playing out from behind the scenes this fall into 2016 that severally tests and challenges the USA on a few levels, one being financial. Nov 1 2015 looks like a strong date for this but could play out days before and after, even years after. Other dates of interests include Mid December 2015 and July 1 2016 which could manifest as a surprise and shock event on the USA as far as news and information goes. Also around April 13 2017 could be full of surprises and unusual events.

It's really difficult to say how this will manifest. Be on the look out for deception and distraction in the media this fall especially with all the USA presidential election TV coverage going on. It means very little in the big picture of this nation and its issues. With Pluto opp the the USA's sun sign for the first time in history we are looking at something big on the way and all the old dirty rotten garbage and hidden secrets of this nation will need to be realized, accepted and purged, one way or another.
"The American Dream" sold to its people and the world is needing more truth and integrity. You can expect major changes tot he system over the next several years. There will be opportunity to make money from this if you are financially wise, but that's another topic. Regardless i would be careful of your investments starting now into the new year!

The USA Natal Chart - Guns and Violence part 2

In this post I will be looking at the USA's progressed chart within the natal chart along with transits to natal chart so we can see what might be on the way for the USA and its increasing gun violence.  By progression the USA sun has been in Pisces for the last 11 years (2004). Also the nation's Mercury has been retrograde in Aquarius since 1995 and I see a major change coming to that energy starting now for many years to come which i will explain here in a moment.


 The USA's Mars which reflects our gun issues has been retrograde since 2007 in the sign of Libra moving backwards towards Saturn and square the USA's sun but won't reach these aspects for many years into the future as Mars will be retro moving backwards for many many years to come and this can give us a big clue on what to expect with our action, intentions and gun issues in the future.

Mars is the warrior and how we fight our wars and protect our-self. As i mentioned in my first post the USA was born with Mars in a challenging aspect to Neptune symbolizing deceptive and illusory actions, giving the nation and its people a false sense of security and need to protect itself against fears and invisible threats, clinging to guns as the savior of everything and leading the nation and world in deceptive intentions, plus fighting for religious beliefs (Mas square Neptune).

 The USA's Mars went retrograde back in 2007 where it's moving backwards ever since and this is symbolic of our warrior going backwards as well combined with the nations Mercury going backwards since 1995, which is symbolic of the nations perception and thinking moving backwards, thinking of the past a lot. It's safe to say we have been too focused on the past, going back over old ideas not moving the country forward in the ways we would have liked.


As i said, Mercury is how the nation perceives things and how it thinks. (2015) Starting right now the USA's Mercury is stationing direct until 2018 which means our mental focus & thinking as a nation is stopped, not going back to the past and not moving into the future for the next two years but rather fixed in one spot for the next two years, and this is a profound astrological situation which should correlate to something significant as far as information and knowledge goes for the people of the USA over the next few years.

Perhaps something gets our attention that keeps us focused on the present moment and then helps us to slowly start moving forward with new ideas and innovations for the many years to follow. Yes, some big news is on the way for the USA! 2016 and 2017.

As for Mars, it will be moving backwards for a very long time headed towards our Saturn which could indicate that the guns will come under government control when full conjunction is reached in the year 2031, but that date is too far off to be conclusive as of yet. Plus the year 2020 has a major change in stricture and law so, guns could be banned within the next four to five years.  However the fact that Mars is moving backwards for so long means we will not be moving forward on this gun issue for a very long time and that gun violence will only increase in the coming years since there is nothing stopping or changing this energy flow of Mars that it's currently in hard aspect to Saturn and the sun (focus) of the USA and its people.

I actually see some big changes for the USA's values and resources that seems to be positive within a few years as Venus progresses into Taurus and Mercury moves forward while progressed sun trine natal sun but i'll save that info for another post on the financial topic. The year 2020 will bring positive, even if times are hard for a while.

Looking at current transit to the USA birth chart we can see a few areas of concern within the long term big picture. One is that Neptune is square to Uranus. This means we as a nation are going through some disillusionment about ourselves and about other nations around us.

Because the USA has Uranus in Gemini, the same sign as natal Mars a lot of disillusionment will be about our actions and intentions, along with our need for guns and safety. This is going to give the nation a lot of confusion about where we are and where we are going as nothing feels certain at this time.

There is a lot of complexities in politics at this time making the matter worse and causing the USA to have unusual circumstances at this time making things too complex and unclear. This might be causing many Americans to question who we are as a nation and if we are truly being that authentic country that we grew up thinking we were. Even the most loyal and steadfast Americans might be having doubts of our place in the world as well and what future this nation has for the next generations.

 The nation is being asked to embrace diversity so we can accept more easily what defies convention.This aspect is asking for Americans to accept each other more and come together as people and not focusing on the differences but rather what we have in common. The nation will be challenged in what they believe to be true on many levels, and even spirituality and opinions will be tested and some found to be untrue. I could write a lot more about this rare transit but let's move on.

Another huge transit is Pluto in opposition to the sun of the USA and square to its Saturn. Big changes happening slowly from behind the scenes! Pluto is symbolic of destruction, power, control, death and rebirth - basically hard transformation to this country. The USA started its Pluto transit in 2008 which was the beginning of this long term yet slow transformation as a nation. 2008 was when Pluto was opp the USA's Venus (money) and we all know what happened with that and has changed us in many ways as a result.

Now Pluto is in opposition to the USA's sun sign. This means the USA is being opposed by powerful forces outside of its control. Pluto is reflecting that America is slowly changing at its core levels. Pluto is digging up everything deep and dirty which is the reason that the USA has so much violence going on these days, including uncovering the dirty corrupt law enforcement problem that has gone largely ignored, until Pluto made it known.  As a nation, we have to pull out all the crap and dirty smelling garbage deep within before we can really see positive changes and enjoy the new that wants to rebirth.

This means there has to be a symbolic death before we can truly change and find more light. It's going to get worse before it gets better. At same time Pluto will Square the nations Saturn (authority/control/power/commitments) around the time of the new year 2016 and this could very well manifest in some outer event threatening the USA or the Gov threatening the people, or both. Something new and powerful is headed for America starting now into 2016. Also Uranus will move into Square with the USA's Mercury causing some very unusual surprising news and information, correlating to natal Mercury stopping and stationing direct for next two years. Some surprising news or something very unusual and shocking could come around July 1 2016. (information wise). Yes, something big is on the way next few years! Despite the possible difficulties, it seems these events will bring positive change that i see manifesting in the next era of the USA.

Leo New Moon August 14 2015

The Leo New Moon is exact on August 14 2015 at 7:53 am PDT. This New Moon is very powerful energy and is about the heart. We all had the last year to increase our understanding of what ignites our heart and passions the most as Jupiter was in transit through Leo. Now it's time to set new intentions for your life around heartfelt matters, including romance and relationship along with anything else you feel your heart pulling you towards. This Leo New Moon is conjunct Retrograde Venus and all three (sun, moon, Venus) are in positive trine aspect to Uranus - the planet of authenticity which means this new moon is very much about retro Venus and really opening up your heart to what you value and desire in love the most on the deepest most authentic levels which should be under current reevaluation as Venus moves backwards. This is a time to find more value in yourself and learn to love yourself more than you have been which will then be reflected in your outer world with others. How much do you value yourself? This is a great time to get in touch with all those feelings. On an outer level this can be about any relationship; romantic, family, friends, children, etc and about your values, resources, desires and what you feel you need the most to stay joyful and happy in life. If you could do anything right now, what would that be? Follow your heart, setting new intentions for these matters! This is highly creative energy giving you extra power to create more joy fun and authentic love for your life. The connection to Uranus can be an awakening to these passions where a light comes on and you suddenly realize what your heart has been calling for all along. This energy can also bring more awareness to certain areas of your life that's been on your mind a lot recently as lightning strikes out of the blue, so to speak, so does consciousness increase to what's been eluding your awareness on certain issues. Trust these new realizations as they are gifts from the heavens. Find Leo in your chart, that's the area of life that is seeding new beginnings.

The USA's birth Chart -The Nation of Guns and Violence

Can the USA love for guns and violence be seen in the birth chart of the nation? Yes it can, plus can reveal so much more about this nation and its people if we analyze the entire chart. But for this short blog post i'm going to focus on the gun issue plaguing Americans and what the out-come might eventually be. Everything that has a starting point has a birth chart so nations are no different. If you had to guess what sun sign the USA is, what would it be? The USA sun is actually in the sign of Cancer at 13 degrees but it's in a challenging aspect to its Saturn at 14 degrees Libra which means this nation was born with fears and authority/rebellion issues with a strong need for self & family protection(Cancer) USA is locked under Gov control (Saturn) It's a nation of Fear bottom line.

When it comes to guns and war, we have to look at the nation's Mars placement. Every birth chart shows how someone fights depending on their Mars placement and aspects from the Mars. One reason we fight so well from the Air is because the USA has its Mars in the Air element of Gemini which is the Mars placement of the debater, fighting with words, and from the Air. However, the USA was born with Mars tightly square Neptune which is a very challenging placement and will be in place for the entire life of this nation, so means that the USA has a big illusion around guns and self protection.

That's what Neptune symbolizes when under hard aspect to Mars - delusion and illusion about action, war, protection, violence, intentions, sex, etc. It means this country was founded on deception whether intentional or not. Though my feelings are there was deceptive intent from the few that run things from behind the scenes yet most Americans were brought up not knowing that so the majority of Americans just have an illusion about our intent and actions. The people think we are doing one thing, while we do something different from the shadows ( Mars in Gemini - duality- two paths of action at once), In fact this Mars square Neptune aspect suggests many different troubled areas for this nation and its people.

Neptune is in Virgo 10th house; the house of Capricorn which is business and our foundation of how we run things along with sense of obligation, devotion and service to our system. It's our public image and reputation seen by the world. Neptune in this spot by itself would suggest fantasy and out of touch with reality putting too much emphasis on religion, taking away from the grounded practicality of Virgo and Capricorn. With Mars connecting to Neptune in negative aspect it suggest that the nation is really misguided on those issues and actually deceiving it's people and the world with its words, intentions, and actions. You see, with the USA being Cancer sun sign, Mercury retrograde and Mars square Neptune the USA does not go after what it wants directly; it sidesteps does roundabout actions and deceives others with its intentions, including its people. This is why no administration change will ever change this fundamental issues the USA has because it's for the life of the nation no matter what distraction as a leader they put forth to run the people.

Sad but true - until there is a death to the birth chart of this country, where a new birth chart is given after a change of identity and path, the USA will forever be a delusional state, romanticizing guns and violence, all in the name of protection (Cancer sun/Mercury). Unless the people could some how come under a mass disillusionment process, understanding how so many Americans are sick, with sick lifestyles, and how we have been living in lies and fantasies for over 200 years. Until the mass population of the USA really gets that, we can't start the healing process.

With Mars square Neptune when the USA tries to assert itself there is strong potential to end in turmoil as the nation goes back and forth between over asserting its needs and at other times falling back into apathy. Paranoia is also strong reinforcing the need to protect self with a gun both on national level and from its people.  Also Mars square Neptune gives the people from the USA sexual issues that can plague the nation and its system along with being misguided spiritually. There is an illusion about sexuality and what is "right" or "wrong" . When it comes to actions and beliefs. The USA says one thing but does another and this will be a life long problem for the nation until it is re birthed with entire new birth chart at some point in time after revolution.

Also the USA was born with Mercury retrograde in Cancer which means the USA never forgets anything done to it, on an emotional level as well never truly forgives either which causes the action to be misguided and illusionary with the mind focused too much on the past and need to protect itself. This is also evident by its people clinging to the past in the context this nation was created on needing guns to protect itself and perceiving everyone that doesn't agree with something as an enemy.

We can also look at the progressed chart and see where the USA is now and what is working behind the scenes. Transits to the USA natal chart also give more information and details which I will cover in USA part 2. The USA has Mars progressed retrograde these days causing some big action changes. Jupiter in Virgo Aug 11 2015 - Sep 9 2016.

Today is the last day for Jupiter in Leo, won't be back for another 12 years, gave Leo's a big life expansion this last year. Jupiter starts its transit through Virgo tomorrow morning Aug 11 at 4:12 am Pacific time through Sep 9 2016. Jupiter's energy is expansive so does not like being in Virgo as much as other signs because Virgo is narrow, detailed and focused. However this great benefic planet will only increase the good that Virgo has to offer helping us with practical earthly matters. When you focus on the details and practicality of your life, Jupiter's luck will be activated for you. Find the house (area of life) Virgo rules in your chart and this is where the good luck will be at for the next year, expanding this area of your life. Practical Health matters will need more attention so starting new health routines will be supported and even bring you some good luck if you're willing to get your life organized and see the missing details through a big picture perspective.This energy can pack a punch, Fire increases correlating to more passion for a healthy lifestyle and maybe even the desire to learn new skills of some kind that will increase your chances of a better working routine. Learning or teaching health matters and practical service gets a huge boost for the next year. Edit to add: Saturn will be in Sagittarius as well, challenging this energy that's trying to bring us opportunities .Fears, beliefs and opinions will be tested.Getting grounded, mature with practical concerns and longterm planning. Taking charge of your health which could be forced upon you if you do nothing on your own. Fixing what's broke and changing what you think is possible for yourself and the world, otherwise could miss out on opportunities.
