10 signs the USA is facing fated critical turning point the next 2-5 years

Looking at the progressed chart of the USA within the USA natal chart shows how America is facing some kind of rare fated changes over the next couple years and beyond.

There is several indications of this by looking at what aspects are currently being formed as well as considering where the transit planets are right now within the birth chart of the United States.



I'll list the 10 most powerful indicators of critical fated changes currently in the works and on the future horizon.

1. USA Progressed Venus T-Square the Nodes of Fate. 2016-2017

Prog Venus in the USA chart is symbolic of the country's evolving values & resources. It's also reflecting the people's current desires.  Venus in a hard aspect (double square) to the moon's nodes indicates fated changes are underway for the values & resources of this country over the next couple years, that will have long lasting effects. Decisions made by the people of the USA this year will change our fate, for better or worse when it comes to our values & resources. The last time Prog Venus was in T-Square to the Nodes of Fate was 143 years ago when the USA revised the law relating to the Mint of the country with the Coinage act of 1873. Also that was the year of the Panic of 1873 - a financial crisis that triggered a depression for several years. Something similar regarding our values & resources most likely will change again with this new T-square of 2016-2017.

2. USA Progressed Venus square America's natal Pluto exact May 2017

Again in context to the United States values & resources, this aspect indicates rare troubles that leads to changes for the country's financial system. Pluto is like a death force indicating turbulence, hidden power & control over our values & what we want. The dark-side of our values become clear and most likely some kind of slow change to all this is currently underway peaking next May of 2017, however will continue to be in this energy for the next decade. Venus reflects the people as well, so connecting to Pluto in hard aspect shows how American society is under death energy with dirty and dark values emerging from the shadows but ultimately leads to a full transformation over the next decade.

3. USA Progressed Mars Rx Opposite Chiron 

This is an extremely rare alignment which is also in place for the next several years. Chiron in this chart indicates the universal wounds of the people, which opposite Mars is no-doubt the gun violence plaguing America. Sadly to say, this aspect is only building stronger and won't be going away anytime soon.

4. The USA Progressed moon is Rising 2016-2017

Every 30 years the progressed moon of the USA enters the first house, what we call Rising. Whether this happens to an individual person's life or on the scale of entire nation, it's a rare big deal. Anytime a planet or space body is conjunct one of the four angles of the chart, it's a very important time regarding that energy in the life of the person, or in this case - the nation. The Progressed moon shows the current circumstances of the USA, when Rising in Sagittarius, these circumstances are rare with big over-the-top energy as a new 30 year cycle of what we as a nation are hungry for is starting. However it's even more powerful this time because transit Saturn is also Rising for the USA.

 5. Transit Saturn is Rising in the USA chart 2016-2017

Transit Saturn has about a 30 year cycle as well, so when it reaches one of the four angles, it's going to be an extra serious & critical few years with major authority crackdowns on the country and its people. New laws with a need for restrictions to freedom often arises with this cycle, which could be in place for at least 30 years after. The fact the USA's progressed moon (circumstances) are joining with Transit Saturn on important angle shows circumstances are fearful, critical, authoritative & lacking fun and joy, maybe even lacking true freedom.

This is a very rare aspect, the first time in the USA's history as the USA's progressed sun conjuncts the natal IC angle of the USA chart (bottom) in 2017 for a year, but will be in the 4th house sector for the next 30 years, putting the focus of the country back on its self. This is going to highlight our nation's roots, where we've come from and where we want to go. This will place focus on the nation's need for protection, safety and security, retreating inward into self for the next 30 years. The people are more fearful of the outside world than ever before, and might even want to isolate and close itself in, blocking out everyone else. The moon Rising and the sun at the bottom angle is even more powerful because it's actually the USA's progressed last quarter square.

7. The Progressed USA entering the last Quarter square

The last Quarter square of the moon is in conflict with the sun, but on the critical angles of the chart make it even more powerful, leading to a crisis in consciousness for the nation. The feelings of the people are in conflict with the focus (self-protection). This last square of the cycle between the moon and sun indicates we can't push thru the challenges and obstacles, rather we as a nation must retreat into self and make internal changes. We need to let go of the past in new ways, releasing what's no longer healthy for us, while accepting that America reached a high point years ago in this last cycle but is no longer the case. We are needing to restructure our system, with less focus on the outside world as we are going thru this process of change. We need to be cautious of idealization, illusions and self-destructive behavior, while also not letting fears and the need for protection determine our fate with our polices that might be out-of-touch with reality.


8. Transit Uranus is square the natal USA Mercury 2016-2017

This is another rare transit that is in hard alignment to the nation's Mercury. The USA Mercury is how we as a nation think and perceive the world, but also our communication style & intellect. The United States has Mercury in Cancer 8th house so we are always thinking & talking about protection from death - too fearful and never letting go of past memories. Transit Uranus is surprise energy, unusual situations and rebellious influences. Uranus square this point of our Mercury indicates shocking news and information that emerges over the next couple years. The first pass is July 2 2016 but will remain strong for a couple years leading to many news and media shocks on the way. It's also reflecting the people of the USA have a very rebellious mindset building, but can trigger any hidden mental illness of its people too. Mercury can also represent the transportation industry, so some shocking news on that front is possible too.

9. Transit Pluto opposite the USA natal sun & Progressed Jupiter in the financial houses

This is a 248 year cycle so yes, another rare transit that brings tough times. This transit actually started back in 2008 when Pluto was opposite the nation's Venus leading to the resource crash. Then around 2013 Pluto was opp the USA sun where it's pretty much been ever since leading to powerful slow changes for this country. Transit Pluto opp the USA sun has been bringing to light all the dirty hidden aspects of our country's structure and policy, including our law enforcement issues among other topics that we as a nation should be ashamed of. The USA's progressed Jupiter is conjunct the USA sun in 8th house so this why we have gotten so big and rich over the years, as Jupiter is the largest planet in solar system. But now transit Pluto opp that point is making it clear how we got to be so powerful and is exposing our shadow to the world. This is a slow building energy so this light being lit on our dark-side has been underway for many years and peaks with the nation's Pluto Return, slowly transforming the country until then.

10. Transit Pluto Returning to its USA natal position for a new 248 year cycle.

This is so rare and happening in the 2nd and 8th houses - the money and value houses, also the life and death houses, so this is a slow change to what we value as a country and how we create wealth. These next several years are going to be full of destructive events, evil, darkness exposed and huge changes to our value system. Powerful events outside of our control will dominate us, perhaps even eventually leading to full change of the foundation and structure of our nation. This has never happened in the history of the USA, so you can bet this is a big deal, albeit slow so hard to see what's truly happening in the moment with full perspective. This Pluto return peaks starting after 2020.

With all these rare alignments, I can say with 100% certainty the USA is headed for the most critical time of its existence over the next 5 years with possible change of value both financially and of what we value on earth, even a full change to the foundation and structure of this country that peaks after the year 2020. The choices made now will have fated consequences for the years to come, including who is elected or placed in power in Washington. Whomever is the next US President will most likely only have one term as they create some kind of rare chaos for the country and perhaps the world. There could even be a peak in world crisis with global war over the next 5 years, which changes EVERYTHING.

These are rare times people. You can have hope, but the stars are reflecting that things will only get worse before better. I'm sorry to say, but I feel it's the truth. The best thing you can do is make alternative long term back up plans that don't rely on your country for anything.

Sagittarius Full Moon/solstice June 20 2016 - oppositions- enlightening info- emotional awareness - changes

This is the second Sagittarius full moon of the month right at the critical degree of 29, & conjunction with the solstice initiating a change of season, both within self and without. This is powerful big energy. Thankfully Sagittarius full moon is more about emotional illumination and intensity to our feelings on life and death, the world, beliefs and our personal philosophy and opinions about the big picture of it all. This can manifest as gaining new awareness to what your life is focused around at this time and where it's going in the future - what you want to aim for. We are emotionally rising to the highest point of the awareness mountain where the perspective of your personal life and the lives around you open up with more clarity. The moon is reflecting lots of new intellectual understanding from information gained thru communication, conversations, thoughts and circumstances, of the last few weeks.

This new awareness brings a change to your recent routine and circumstances, seeking greater balance where it's lacking - with big energy shifts shortly after the full moon is exact. The focus changes.

Full moon 29 degrees Sag  exact June 20 2016 4:02 am PDT. 

If you are in the US i would say this full moon is closer to the night of June 19th because it's exact early morning of June 20. But of course, most people will acknowledge it on the night of June 20. It will still be strong then too.

June 19 and June 20 can have the crazy full moon energy manifesting as strong beliefs and opinions between people. Full moon's are oppositions in personal relationships. Saturn still in Sag creates dogmatic," i know everything, and only what i say is right" attitude - Sag knows everything, didn't you know that? Sometimes it's true though. Gemini knows a thing or two as well. But recent Grand Cross w Saturn Neptune and Jupiter has been putting what you know and believe to the test. This FM new awareness may have you making changes and adjustments to your stance, thoughts, beliefs and all that, gifting you with the knowledge and awareness you've been emotionally seeking, consciously or otherwise. Mercury forms the last activation of this recent GC, this time changing mental perceptions on everything, including questioning some of your illusions & beliefs while opposing what you know. This can play out in communication with other people. Your mental structure of things need to change and get more real.

Less than an hour after the full moon is exact the moon enters Capricorn at 4:55 am PDT instantly changing the mood and emotional energy. We have the wide open view now, with so much new clarity and understanding. Capricorn is the huge mountain that is before us, like it just appeared out of the fog. This creates an emotional need to achieve something now that we have more clarity on the big picture of our life. We feel what needs to be done, and what it will take to get it done. The emotional energy starts to ground, less over the top, more real with need to be responsible and mature, sticking to a plan for the future. We feel a greater need for balance with our outer public life vs personal life. Changes to circumstances might start around June 20, helping create more balance with other areas of your life in need of attention. The first aspect the moon makes after entering Capricorn is opposition to Venus at 11:30 am PDT on Monday. This aspect makes it clear that the first order of needed change is on relationship level. There is a need to be more cautious and protective in love and intimacy. The world is a hard cold rocky scary place from the perspective of the Cancer/Capricorn axis.

There is an emotional need to feel more safe and secure within personal relationships, less need for variety, greater need for something real and solid. The change will create a healthier balance or separation. Fears, sensitivity and vulnerability can cause retreat. Moon opp Venus will also create emotional awareness to what we need and desire, with new sense of values in relationships of all kinds, especially your most intimate. What you're hungry for in love becomes more clear. This can also be in context to home and family life vs public life. Looking ahead, you can see where you're going now. But give it until after the full moon.

Sun into 0 Cancer - The Solstice- Monday June 20 3:34 pm PDT

Next major aspect is the sun moving into Cancer, a powerful placement of change. The focus will be on different things now, much of it your emotional well being - what you need to feel safe and secure as you move forward on personal ambitions. The sun will highlight your feelings more so than normal for a month. You might have greater need for home and family time, along with more nurturing and private relationship activity. Not being too bold or risky will be strong emotional need. The past gets highlighted, past memories too. People start to be passive and side step anything uncomfortable. Don't go direct with sign Cancer, they will run backwards. Comfort foods gain more popularity. Much more activity starts now in your house of Cancer, whatever area of life that is for you personally. The sun is strong now and the moon is reflecting that max light, but starts the Lunar waning process next couple weeks. It's time to let go and allow change, if you want to be in the flow of nature without a struggle.

The next day the moon aligns with Neptune, Jupiter and Pluto, later Uranus. This reflects dynamic day of change and new opportunities, emotional empowerment and a sense of your dreams being possible now that you have new awareness to what's real and what's not. An emotional transformation process is well under way by Tues night, to your outer life circumstances as well.

The Four Astrological Quadrants -Can be used as alternative House System

I'm going to talk about the four quadrants of the astrological wheel as an alternative to using common house systems. If you're a newbie to astrology, you might not even be aware there is more than one house system to choose from. This is important fact to understand, because your planet placements can change interpretation greatly depending on what side of a house cusp it's located in. House systems is how we divide the chart up into 12 sections that describe different areas of yourself.

If you have only seen your chart thru one perspective, let me tell you, that's going to be very limiting! Also, you might have just accepted the printout of your chart as you, yours - as unchangeable, but again, you are missing out on a bigger rage of potential for yourself and understanding by not allowing for a true full perspective of your chart to be seen here. Why would you want to limit yourself potential to just this one perspective of your life that some random free site gave you?

It's pretty common for western astrology sites to give you a chart using the Placidus House system. If you look at your chart under your name and birth data, there should be a word describing what house system the chart is produced from. Most of the time Placidus is used as default, but you can actually change the option to one of many others.

Regardless what house system you use, only viewing your chart from one perspective will not be as accurate as testing out your chart in many different house systems so you can actually take time and thought to understand what version best describes yourself and life, rather than letting a computer do it for you that is relying on limited information.

House systems is the number one area of frustration in astrology, long debated. It's up to each individual to choose what house system works best for them. But honestly, no one house system will be totally accurate on its own. One system might describe one section of you the best while another system might have a more accurate idea of who you are in a certain other area of your life, while failing in other ways. That's why it's best to have all the many different versions of yourself and potential available for viewing & analyzing. After testing many different versions, then you can choose with confidence what system best describes you and your life.

The Placidus system was developed back in the Renaissance era. But long before that, Astrologers were using "Whole Signs" where the sign Rising on the eastern horizon at time of birth determined the signs of all 12 houses (areas of life) on the wheel.  That means, if you are born say...23 degrees Aries Rising, then Aries will be your 1st house, but not part of your 12th house. Regardless of degree the entire sign becomes that house. This is typically going to be a reliable house system to use when it comes to understanding what area of life your personal energies are activating. In fact, i believe all the many different houses systems usually end up pointing to this basic lineup of Whole Signs.

Another very reliable and older system than Placidus is "Equal Houses". I highly recommend you use this system as a foundation. It's much like Whole Signs except it bases every house equally on the Risings sign  Ascendant degree. (Although both Whole Signs and Equal houses use the MC point of all systems but can be in different houses than 10th, adding more information to how your career point and public image functions. So if your MC is in 11th house, then your career might be with groups and organizations, etc). Back to the example of  23 degrees Aries Rising, then each house cusp will start at 23 degrees in the following sign. 23 degrees Aries Rising will have Aries a part of two signs, most of it in the 12th house while the last 7 degrees of Aries is in 1st house, while 23 degrees of Taurus will also be associated with the 1st house, making two different energies for each of the 12 areas of life. Using any other house system than Whole Signs does make understanding the energy of all 12 areas of your life more complicated. There is a basic energy to each house shown by Whole Signs. Still though, working with degrees is important, especially that Rising sign Ascendant degree - it determines the structure of the entire chart. So Equal Houses is also a very good system to use.

With all that said, haha, let me get to the main point of this post.

Taking out all the house divider lines (cusps) except for the main cross representing the horizon (left to right) and Meridian (above & below) can make things even more accurate, albeit simple. This technique is viewing your planetary placements thru the perspective of the four quadrants. Each quadrant has 3 houses.

The 1st Quadrant 
For example if you have your sun in the 1st quadrant, you can interpret it as in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd houses all at once. Your main focus & purpose to life will be on self development & gaining self awareness about your inner world. There is divine permission to be self centered, focusing on what you need with lots of time being alone doing what you want, more so than any other quadrant placement. Who am i? What do i value? What do I think about? etc. If your Mercury is there, than it's the area you mentally focus on. If moon there, then it's the area you are most emotionally hungry for. Venus - the area of life most desirable and pleasurable, etc, etc, etc.

2nd Quadrant 
If you have your sun in the 2nd quadrant then your sun can be interpreted as a combination of 4th, 5th and 6th houses all at once. This will make your main life focus and purpose about developing awareness around things outside of yourself, such as family, romance, children and daily people you might work with, etc. If your Mercury is there, then you think and communicate about them. Moon - you are emotionally hungry for those people and situations. Venus - you find time developing awareness about these areas of life pleasurable, etc, etc etc.

3rd Quadrant 
Having your sun in the 3rd quadrant is like having it in 7th, 8th and 9th houses all at once. It puts the focus and purpose of life on forming and understanding relationships, partnerships, intimacy, life and death, world philosophy and discovering what you lust for and desire the most. Merging and balancing the self with others is what keeps you vital, and you won't have as much time alone. Interpret moon, Mercury, Venus, etc, etc in same way.

4th Quadrant
Having your sun in 4th quadrant is like sun in 10th, 11th and 12th houses all at once, putting the focus and life purpose on your public image, reputation & career ambitions such as your personal service to humanity, etc. You are here to gain self awareness about the world, groups, friends and humanity as a whole, figuring out where you fit into that, and what you have to offer. It's not about the self, it's about everyone.  Having other planets here can be interpreted in same way. If your moon is there, that's what you are emotionally hungry for, but might not be your life focus and purpose unless your sun is there as well.

This 4 basic quadrant system can be insightful. Look to see what quadrant has the the most planets or cluster of energy. This will show you what you are here for.  This also makes determining what side of house line your planet is on simpler. It's most likely an influence of all three houses. Take time to think about it, you might find it true!

This is a good foundation to use while studying the various versions of your chart thru different house systems, until you feel confident using a particular one. But again, if you only know your chart with the one version someone gave you, then you really are missing out on the full potential of understanding your energies thru the astrological perspective.

Gemini new moon June 4 - Mutable Grand Cross with tension stress & changes.

New moon at 14 degrees Gemini June 4 2016 7:59 pm PDT.

This new moon is forming a mutable Grand Cross - a very powerful intense aspect where four different polarities are pulling on each-other for power and expression, all at once. This aspect is playing out in every birth chart/life, in some way. These four areas of your life (houses) that have Sag, Gemini, Pisces and Virgo are the areas of life being effected the most by this aspect. If your Rising sign is Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces or Virgo this will be extra strong and important meaning for you, as this Grand Cross is aligning with your own personal chart cross of the four angles. Also extra powerful if you have sun or moon in one of these signs. But regardless if you have personal energy points in these mutable signs, we all have the full zodiac within.

- puts the focus on multiple relationships with a lot of mental stimulation around conversations, thoughts & ideas regarding new activity recently unfolding with others. Something of value is wanting to start after a possible change in perspective lately. This could be a relationship or something of material value, or even just thoughts and ideas around starting something new that you personally value right now, but the full understanding of what is starting now won't be available for a couple weeks, at least. There is a lot of confusion too which takes time to become clear.

Communication of all kinds is highlighted so networking, broadcasting, writing, public speaking and transportation type projects are featured and would be a good time to start, at least seeding possibilities for the future in these areas. However, I feel relationships of all kinds are most highlighted now with the exchange of intellectual value, and new beginnings with others, is the main theme of this new moon. There is a lot of information coming in with max mental stimulation adding to some confusion with need to escape anything too harsh in your life. The need to communicate to or think about what you value and love is strong, but what you think and say could have shadow elements as well.

Saturn opposition to Gemini NM
There is some complications with this process unfolding as the Grand Cross reflects. The other polarity has Saturn in Sagittarius, the lord of karma and fate pulling on us applying pressure, doubts, fears and acting as a counter weight to the light hearted playful relationship activity recently, that's full of new possibilities. This force can act as a blocking factor to what wants to manifest, or it can concrete it. Saturn is reflecting a grounding force to what easily could float away thru mind and imagination. There is many choices and possibilities but not all ideas and thoughts are equal, as Saturn's energy will only allow for what's most important, and real. Challenges and obstacles with possible delays is likely. things just are not going to sprout as fast as usual with this new moon. Personal beliefs, faith and opinions could also be an opposing force to the new possibilities arriving now, or even from the authority figures within your life. There could be old obligations and commitments that is opposing the new, or even just self undoing with too much focus on the negative such as inadequacies, fears, doubts, etc. The seeds being planted around now need to have some seriousness and commitment to them once they sprout, these new starts for your life are on the long term, so it has to be done right with integrity & good foundation. This is the Saturn side providing pressure to do what's "right".

The other pulling force is the benefic side where new opportunities have been coming from. (your Virgo area of life). There is a magnification and boost to this side of your life. Every day, real life activity matters are progressing forward but it takes focusing on the details with good practical organization to make real progress. This side of the grand cross is in conflict with the new moon because Gemini has many different things trying to start, and with different people but the Virgo side is more critical wanting to eliminate what's not important and what's not real, narrowing the amount of mental stimulation and information. Jupiter's hard energy alignments with Gemini and GC will cause excess, doing too much too fast. promising more than what might be possible, triggering oppositions and blacks from self or others. This area of your life starts to move forward needing your attention, yet attention is scattered and not focused on the details. Venus square Jupiter/NN has relationship activity in excess as well but is also having karmic effect with long lasting consequences with others, good or bad. This side of your life is a strong force pulling you forward, like it or not. Find your Virgo area of life and move in that direction getting your daily routine in order, along with health routines and real practical everyday life matters, depending on the house that has Virgo - clean up that area of life with new possibilities and move forward even if past comfort zone.

The opposite polarity of Virgo is Pisces where we have the other side of this GC. The South Node there makes Neptune's energy a malefic plus the hard aspects from Neptune to every other planet in this GC only adds to the more negative side of Neptune's energy wanting to manifest. This is about your personal ways in which you self sabotage yourself or by letting life do it for you. Illusions, fantasies, addictions, dishonesty with self and others and any other negative activity that controls your life could be strongly influencing you now. The need to escape pressures is strong, so each person has their own poison they partake in to escape this intense pressure building, whether they realize it or not. What is your escape route? There is so much info and mental stimulation that confusion will be strong, not knowing what should be done, or what you want to do is very possible, leading to escape.

Sometimes, just not being willing to see, face and accept certain things is a form of escapism. Drinking and drugs are common, even food, sex, or whatever. There is just a side that wants to let go and not feel so much pressure or stress. There is so much mental stimulation, and this side from Neptune causes confusion with a need to retreat. If you study your own personal Neptune placement and aspects from birth chart, you'll see that this Grand Cross will activate those challenges for you, which is different for everyone. Chiron also on this side, old wounds can be holding you back as well. All this negative energy in your life is wanting to be healed and released which is also part of the pressure building, to face and accept where you fuck yourself over. But can't be dealt with if you refuse to even see it.

In order to make this side work, you can't repress it, you'll need to find a healthy way to escape sometimes, to release pressures. Giving yourself time to retreat here and there is appropriate and needed. One glass of wine at night or a joint might not be a negative. Tapping into the spiritual world; finding ways to create inspiration; being honest with yourself and others while consciously allowing yourself to fantasize about possibilities, real or not is okay, as long as kept in perspective. Music and other creative escapes is helpful. Compassion, sensitivity and service to others is also great way to turn Neptune's energy positive.

Neptune wants to be included in this new beginning too. Imagination is important, just try not to get lost in the fog or escape from what's real. Secrecy will be strong element of this new moon with private behind the scenes activities that others are not fully aware of, and that might be okay too.

New moon quincunx Pluto - New Moon events lead to intense relationship activity with energy shifts and adjustments necessary while a transformation process & new beginnings starts.

Under all this energy Mercury (ruler of new moon) is direct in Taurus coming out of it's retrograde shadow within a grand earth trine, keeping things somewhat grounded and real leading us forward with what we value the most after recent reflections and contemplation on personal values and needs. The new relationships being seeded now will find much activity and expression come Leo season later this summer, the ones that didn't dissolve, as many things starting now, some won't work out but other seeds may end up being a real gem that you have no ideas about now.

Try and not escape one side of your life for the other. Taking appropriate action on all these different sides of your life pulling on you will help release the feeling of stress and pressure. Let changes happen without fear. Give yourself healthy escape time. Staying adoptable as different things come up will be important. Staying fixed is the worst thing you can do. The universe will make things happen even if you don't. Have patience and expect delays, you won't fully understand all this until in hindsight. Don't push against the confusion or uncertainty.

This is when there is a change and release process to certain situations of late. More emotional awareness and culmination to what's been trying to manifest; a change of circumstances for the next couple weeks and beyond.


The moon is with Mars, putting a lot of emotional energy on everything this planet is symbolic of including asserting beliefs and opinions (Sagittarius) that you're passionate about. Mars retrograde however, may not assert self in expected ways or feel satisfied, so frustration in outlets, debates, bickering and standing up for what you believe in, is peaking around now, even if only in one's own mind.  It's possible though that thoughts, feelings, opinions and beliefs could overflow into outer life, and within relationships so to help the emotional release & change process, setting people free for new focus and action that's on the horizon now.

Jupiter (ruler of Sagittarius) has recently changed direction, slowly starting to move forward in Virgo which this full moon will help people feel that sense of change as we start to get a better idea of long term plans for whatever it is you've been personally focused on for the last several weeks. Saturn is retrograde in Sag so there is a level of serious contemplation around opinions and beliefs that this full moon will peak in tension as reality is very much under scrutiny these days, fighting for what we feel is "right" and dealing with mind boggling opinions beliefs and thoughts coming from others. Jupiter square Saturn, a balance between expansion and contraction, gives us slow progress forward. New awareness to what we feel committed to and obligated to arises with this full moon.

The sun, just went in to Gemini, changing the solar focus from the material world to intellectualizing thoughts and ideas, needing more communication and information, helping change and opening up to new possibilities that before, we might have been too reluctant to accept or ponder. The full moon opposite this point should bring emotional and intellectual understanding to what we've been uncertain about, or waiting on.

Mercury (ruler of Gemini) has been retrograde in Taurus last few weeks so all the information around our values and resource needs this year hasn't been fully available yet. However, this full moon will also trigger the release that holding period where action needs have been a little uncertain and we'll gain more awareness and information to what needs to be done next, that helps get us to where we want to go. Maybe you haven't been sure what direction you want to go next. This full moon will help with that.

There is a lot of adjustments to perceptions, thoughts and ideas as Mercury changes direction and moves back over old topics of the last month or so, a final pass moving us forward with long term plans that will have extra important affect on life as Jupiter will align with the karmic nodes of the moon for a final time, which is a rare karmic alignment giving opportunities for new ways of achieving abundance in our life, in whatever ways you personally value the most.

Mars is changing signs in the coming days, moving back into Scorpio reflecting new passionate desires and determination to get stuff done, also getting to the bottom of certain issues in your life that have been unresolved, holding progress back. Energy levels should increase, however Venus also changes signs into Gemini which peaks in opposition to Mars on Tues night before Mars changes signs the follow days. This lovers opposition will be like a secondary full moon climaxing Tues night which will finish the opposition release phase for relationships started on full moon as sexual tension is at max levels, perhaps over-flows with bickering and fighting if not expressing it physically through sexual fulfillment. Finding that sexual fulfillment is more of challenge with the opposition as the lovers are on opposite sides of the zodiac with different desires, unless honoring both sides, merging as one.

Venus in Gemini is a little flirt; a tease too. The feminine will be less fixed with material desires, moving on to what gets her off, intellectually. Sexual tension, communication, playfulness, wittiness and all that type of banter is likely. Problem is, she might spark the fire in the masculine only to get bored and move on to some other interest, or act like little miss innocent, leaving Mars all worked up with nowhere to assert the passion. Venus in Gemini needs variety of stimulation to stay happy and nice, including conversation. Also spontaneity, not being too predictable will help you keep her interest. Combine some short trips and little adventures while being a playful smart ass comedian, and goof ball, you might be able to find equilibrium between the sexes.

Whatever you do this next week will start to release the tension that's been building in your personal relationships as Mars finishes playing around with Venus and moves into Scorpio on May 27, reflecting more serious, intense, passionate, resourceful, determined and focused energy on what's important. Mars in Scorpio won't vibe well with Venus in Gemini, so get your pleasure on while you can.

By the end of May we should be feeling very mentally empowered and preparing to move forward in new ways as Mercury trine Pluto and North Node for final pass, fully transforming our perceptions after everything we need to know finally comes in with more understanding settling in. The next week will be working towards that, accepting and releasing what we've been attached to these past several weeks, no longer necessary.
