Game Day Astrology - Super Bowl 50 Feb 7 2016

The cosmos weather for the big game Super Bowl 50 on Sunday Feb 7 2016  has both the sun and moon in the sign of Aquarius but the moon's position is just hours before the new moon on Feb 8 which leaves game day lacking in any true significant energy as the moon is in the very last waning phase of the monthly lunar cycle, where energy is at its lowest point. The moon doesn't' make any aspects to other planets during the game which could indicate nothing major or exciting happens, and it could just drag out the entire time. The major aspects of the day has the sun separating from a square aspect to Mars exact just hours before start time. This happens one day a year, and just so happens this year to be on Super Bowl Sunday.

Sun square Mars Sunday could indicate problems, conflicts and even surprises that could effect the game in a negative way. I don't want to put a damper on your party day but there is even a chance at some kind of violent aggressive act in the world that day that steals the spotlight before the game, if it's not related to the game, which is a strong possibility. Security should be heightened as this square aspect increases the odds of some kind of aggressive actions from groups, organizations, etc or directed to groups, organizations, etc around that time. There could even be problems with having everything set-up and ready by start time do to conflicts or problems earlier in the day.

Aquarius is the sign of the group; it can be very detached energy, aloof and prone to breaking rules. Weird stuff can happen when both the sun and moon are in Aquarius so this game is likely to be strange with unusual circumstances taking place. The crowd will be edgy, hyper and expecting more from the teams then they might deliver, which could cause the crowd to act out. The saving grace could be Venus in a positive alignment with Mars while Mercury is in positive alignment with Jupiter which will all increase positive social energy with extra enthusiasm. However, this is from the sign Capricorn which is dry and serious, not exactly a party sign. In fact, there will be no energy in the fun party sign of Leo that day,so i just don't expect game day to be all that fun and exciting. Although, Venus is separating from a square aspect from Uranus, exact on Saturday, day before game which will have people and social energy very rebellious, leading to unusual attractions and surprise events in people's personal lives the couple days before the game. In fact, a lot of people will experience disruptions in their relationships the week before game which could leave them distracted when game day actually arrives.

So with the moon making no aspects, it could be a boring game, although maybe unusual in some way. I'm not making any public predictions of who i think will win, this post is just looking at the general universal energy of the day, which again, looks full of conflict and unusual circumstances, lacking energy and pushing too hard.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens. I hope i'm wrong and turns out to be a fun distracting day from real life, but i doubt it. Still though, it's all just a game, so don't let the day upset you too much as there is many more serious matters of life to think about around this time. It's only a game. Thanks for reading.
